Poor Customer Service Manager/Great Salesman I am a retired/100% disabled veteran from the Army. I a horrible experienceat Wesley Chapel Nissan on 1/31/20 at approximately 6 pm. To give you a l I am a retired/100% disabled veteran from the Army. I a horrible experienceat Wesley Chapel Nissan on 1/31/20 at approximately 6 pm. To give you a little history my wife and I have been looking for either a Nissan Rogue, Chevrolet Equinox, or something around that size as a second car. We had purchased our 2018 Nissan Armada from Wesley Chapel Nissan in 2019. We started are search in 12/2010. On the 01/29 I had called the salesman we had been dealing with (Dennis) (Outstanding salesman)and asked if he had anything as we had not talked to him since the 14 of January and I wanted him to know we were still looking. He asked in who’s name were we purchasing the car (4 years ago my ex wife left and my credit has been tarnished) as I am re- establishing credit. I told him it was only going in my wife name. On the Night in question I had called a salesman named Dennis and asked him if he had anything as we were still looking and he said yes he had a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV and that it would work with the payments we wanted. He checked with his manager (Manny) and said payment/terms were good to go. My wife had already been approved and the approval was good till the end of the month. My wife wanted a few as possible hits against her Credit. Upon arrival we took the car for a test drive and were very happy with the car and ready to purchase the vehicle. The salesman came back and the down payment was 850 and the payments were around 360/month. We told him that was never what we wanted and that we could only afford 320/month 0 down. He came back and we sent 320/month and 500 down. My wife had to go pick our daughter up and take her home and would be back in half an hour. While she was gone and I was waiting for the salesman to come back I was checking my bank statement to see how much I could afford to put down and on my credit report I saw that Manny had put my credit in to two different banks. I was furious then my wife checked hers and they had been checking hers this day also. I told the salesman I don’t believe in doing business with people who pull this kind of crap. I was furious and left the building. The salesman came out I had calmed down and he said please come back in it was a misunderstanding. I was still upset but I had purchased at least 4 vehicles from this Nissan Dealership in the past and thought I should hear them out. The Finance manager came in and said he was not involved but would make sure things were taken care of and this isn’t the way we do business. We will take care of you. Our salesman had told us the new ownership was impressive and very big on Integrity so I calmed down. 5 minutes later the salesman comes back in and says sorry no deal. I was watching and Manny didn't want to do the 320/month 500 down. No offer back just bye get out see you. I was shocked. My first reaction was to hit every social media I could and write Nissan. Get all of my friends to do the same. Protest down at the dealership. Contact the better business bureau as I have text telling them not to run my wife or my credit after the 14th of Jan 2020. I just can’t believe an organization of Morgan Auto Groups popularity and success allows this type of customer service to be practiced. I went on the BBB site and the Wesley chapel Nissan dealership is starting to earn a reputation for itself. I was an Army Recruiter/Station Commander for 5 years. Never missed a mission target. I know it’s not my place but you might want to check out the policies of this dealership especially since you just purchase the KIA dealership across the street. Beware of this Manager. There are a lot of Nissan Dealerships giving good deals. Stay away from Manny More
