Dante Wilchcombe did a very good job at not making us feel pressured, he stayed in our price range and he even worked around the $500 dollars we were short on the down payment. Overall I am very satisfied with the way we were treated at Wesley Chapel Nissan, although we did wait a good 45 minutes after we were approved to get to the finance office, so if you're on that step, go to the bathroom, it may be a while lol More

We bought a car here about 2 years ago, it was an ok experience even though it took forever.. so we decided to go back for our second car this past week. Apparently there’s a new owner now. The salesman experience even though it took forever.. so we decided to go back for our second car this past week. Apparently there’s a new owner now. The salesman was very nice but didn’t seem to have much authority or any decision making power. The fiancé guy (I wish I knew his name) was a complete jerk! He was telling us that our expectations weren’t possible, and was trying to get us into something that we did NOT want telling us that’s our only option. On top of that, we tried trading out 2016 Altima in perfect condition and they only wanted to give us $5,000 for it. After a few hours of stress, we said to forget it and left. 3 days later I went to Wesley Chapel Toyota and got a fully upgraded version of the car I wanted from Nissan, AND in the payment range that Nissan told me was impossible. On top of that, I was in and out in about 2 hours or less, and they even tinted my windows for free with a lifetime warranty on them. Don’t waste your time at Wesley chapel Nissan, Wesley Chapel Toyota is the place to go! More

Jeny, Scott, Yusuf, and Paul all worked very hard to make sure that our experience buying a vehicle from them was as awesome as it possible could be! Even more impressive was from the fact that our young kids came with use since we couldn’t get a sitter and everyone was incredibly patient with the many interruptions and questions kids bring with them. You didn’t have to be as kind and understanding as you all have been and we really are thankful. Again, thank you! More

Unfortunate car buying experience. We thought we had a great experience here, everyone was very friendly. We decided to go ahead and purchase a car that was a little above our price ran We thought we had a great experience here, everyone was very friendly. We decided to go ahead and purchase a car that was a little above our price range little did we know there had been a previous accident reported on the carfax. Shame on us for not having the car buying knowledge to ask them to walk us through the carfax, but being a well known dealer I would have hoped that their moral standard was a little better. We were never fully walked through our carfax report before we signed it. We would have never decided on this car given the resale value of a car with an accident is not great. It really makes me sad that the dealership did not present us with the information much clearer first. More
