Where do I begin? My daughter and her boyfriend were looking to purchase a car for her to get to and from work. Normally, that wouldn't be a problem because of my network of friends here in Buffalo NY. looking to purchase a car for her to get to and from work. Normally, that wouldn't be a problem because of my network of friends here in Buffalo NY. It would be easy to find her a deal from someone that I could trust and make sure she wasn't taken advantage of. However, they are in Kissimmee, FLA. 1200 miles away. I was wracking my brain and I remembered a friend of mine from my retail days used to be a car salesman reasonably close to them. I called Gregg, and within a couple hours he got back to me with a name and number. Here's where it gets crazy, almost unbelievable. I called Jonathan Correoso at Wesley Chapel Nissan at around 1030AM after receiving a text from him earlier when I was still half asleep. I explained to him the situation, and let him know that Gregg had sincerely recommended him and that I really needed him to help my daughter. I gave him the particulars, make, model, trade, desired payment, and he said he would get back to me shortly. 20 minutes later, he was calling back saying that there shouldn't be a problem, again I stressed how worried I was about her not getting taken advantage of and I was putting a lot of faith in him. I gave him Katie's info, and texted her to let him know he would be reaching out. A couple hours went by and I was getting concerned that there was a problem because I hadn't heard anything. Boy was I wrong. I contacted Katie and to my surprise, Jonathan had gone above and beyond. He was able to find her a vehicle (2021 Versa), work out all the details, get her financed, beat the numbers that I had given him considerably, and would be delivering the car to her (about 75 miles away) at 630 that day. Are you kidding me? Who does that? He would be bringing her the car, handling the paperwork, and taking here trade, less that 8 hours after I spoke to him for the first time. He didn't know me, or Katie, but he went out of the way to help someone that was basically a total stranger to him. He gave me hope that there are still amazing people out there that want to help, and still believe in customer service. Jonathan has made a customer, and most importantly a friend, of our family. My wife and I will be moving to the central Florida area in the next couple years, and I will the praises of Jonathan and Wesley Chapel Nissan forever. Thank you WCN and especially thank you Jonathan. You truly have renewed my faith in humanity and absolutely have gone above and beyond the normal service that would normally be expected. More
