He was prompt for the appointment which I appreciate, he was straight forward, and honest. He got me the truck I have been looking at since they were teased earlier this year. A 2022 Frontier ProX. I cannot tell you how comfortable I feel purchasing a vehicle here. I have had several follow up calls and emails to make sure all is well. Mark and Mat in finance got me into a much newer, and more technologically advanced vehicle and I thank them whole heartedly! More

Wesley Chapel Nissan is absolutely fantastic!. Great sales team so friendly and they are not overcharging for cars like other dealerships are. I looked all over the states for a Nissan Platinum. I purchased a used 2016 Altima for my 16 year old son. He didn't immediately let me know that there was an issue with the driver's side window. I took it back to the dealership and spoke with Tom Gaglia He didn't immediately let me know that there was an issue with the driver's side window. I took it back to the dealership and spoke with Tom Gagliardi and he totally took control of my service request. He communicated with me throughout to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and with the repair and that my son had a window that wouldn't break the next time he rolled it down at McDonalds drive thru. I never had ANYONE provide that kind of outstanding service at any dealership in my life. Best dealership experience I have EVER had. Thanks Tom! More

I bought a 2014 Cadillac AS IS that had noticeable damage. They agreed to fix the problem no problem ,no charge. When I showed it to my friend straight off he sees more damage from the damage already damage. They agreed to fix the problem no problem ,no charge. When I showed it to my friend straight off he sees more damage from the damage already reported. Thinking I bought it AS IS I figured it was gonna be on me to pay for this new damage found. I emailed Courtney about the problem hoping to work out a deal to fix it. To my surprise they did all the repairs free of charge. I want to thank them for the best car buying experience i have had ever. On top of that they sold me a beautiful car. More
