🌻The best of the Best Jeny Hoyos 🌻 I was looking for something a little bigger than my Kia forte. I reached out and was introduced to Jeny Hoyos. I had traveled to a handful of dealerships in the area l something a little bigger than my Kia forte. I reached out and was introduced to Jeny Hoyos. I had traveled to a handful of dealerships in the area looking for something that felt right. She was so easy to connect with and understood the assignment. We spent half the time just laughing and it felt like I was shopping with a friend. Left that night with my Rogue thanks to Jeny, Courtney Cohen and Patrick Swayze's clone. Your joking! Picked up my Titan XD which was having the top repainted. Been at Gerber collision for 2.5 weeks. Service Manager picked it up last night and I pic Picked up my Titan XD which was having the top repainted. Been at Gerber collision for 2.5 weeks. Service Manager picked it up last night and I picked it up this morning. What a joke. Vehicle is dirty and sandy, inside and out, trash in the bed of the truck, painted area was wiped down with dirty rags! What a joke! Very bad customer service!!!! What were they doing with the vehicle for 2.5 weeks? Why didn't the Service Manager have the vehicle cleaned before customer pickup? Why did I use this dealer? More
