Seen a Dodge Charger RT listed everywhere for sale, at an eyecatching price..Was not looking for a Silver Vehicle, but decided to check it out. Called Wesley Chapel Nissan to verify that the Car was still available to see. Troy confirmed, so we drove over in the rain to check this one out. Upon arriving another Sales person immediately let Troy know were there browsing the car and he came out with the key so we could do a test drive. Troy encouraged us to drive this car as we would our own. Took a nice spin out on I -75. Being a used car there were one or two things of concern, but the manufacturer's warranty covers one problem but the other was something that needed to be repair in the lower front portion of the bumper. Nissan's advertised internet price was pretty firm, with only a 1% discount from the listed price. However, Troy came back and offered to offset the potential cost to repair the lower front bumper issue. We had done our leg work looking for this particular Car and knew that it had somewhat of a demand on it, since there were not very many in that year 2009 - 2010 available to pick from anywhere in Florida, as well as areas of Georgia for that matter. Most cars in this mileage range and year were priced at least 3000 more then what was listed on this vehicle. So comfortable with the price, overall condition of the car, etc., we decided to make the purchase. Even though it was near closing time, Troy worked on getting some good financing on this car for us. Keep in Mind, he was doing so on a Drive and Sign basis. Which is not easy to do these days with the current economic climate.. Not to mention the stock market had just dropped 600 points just the day before. We were unable to close at the time because of varations reasons, but Troy assured us he would get on it the next day. The next day a couple of things needed to be tweaked, but then the numbers all came in and we were ready to take this Beautiful Car Home. Jon White went over all the Extended Warranty, Gap Insurance and Financing details. He too, was very polite and very thorough about all the paperwork. This is my Son's first Financed Vehicle. I, on the other hand, have purchased quite a few cars and trucks over the past 30 years. All in All, I was very pleased with The Straight forward, no hassle matter by which we were treated and the willingness by Nissan (Troy) and the staff to do what ever was needed to get us into this car with the best possible deal available. AND THEY DID. Glad to see my Son enjoying his first car, a DODGE CHARGER. Thanks Troy and the rest of staff. We will recommend this dealership. For Sure. More

My wfie and I purchased a new car from Wesley Chapel on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2011. I called Friday evening, 8-5-11 and talked to Troy Stevensen about a car I saw on their web site. Saturday morning, I talked to Troy again, he gave me the numbers I asked for. We drove to Wesley Chapel, and met with Troy. Everything he said on the phone was the same when we got there. About an hour and a half later, we were leaving with our new car. I have never had a more pleasant or easy time buying a vehicle. Everybody we met at the dealership was great. If anybody is in the market for a car, I would certainly encourage you to talk to Troy and the people at Wesley Chapel. Also, we live in Palm Harbor, Fl, there is a Nissan dealer about 10 minutes from our home. We tried to buy a car there, but they would never give us a straight answer. I am glad we decided to drive an hour to buy our new car. More

We talked about it and decided to see what he could do for us. Troy had our car appraised and we were suprised that they were going to give us a little more than what my research came up with. So I thought, we were going to stick it to us on their car. They came with a very good price, but me being me wanted a better price. Well I got it. Total time there was about 2 1/2 hours from pulling on the lot to driving home with a "new to us car". It was refreshing to go to a dealer have them ask what you want and they give you more. I told Troy when I am in the market for my next car I will go and talk to him. More

We spoke with this dealership on the phone before making a 2 hour round trip to visit. They told us they had the exact car we wanted and offered us a reasonable price for the the car. Once at the dealership, however, the whole story changed. The car did not have the options promised and the price of the vehicle went up to a range rated high by auto price calculators (they can be found online). When we objected, the manager treated us like children. They even refused to honor an advertised incentive program. We walked out and bought the car from another dealer on the way home at a much lower price. We are happy now, but would never go back to this dealer. If you do, go in informed or they could take advantage of you. More
