We needed to find a vehicle that would fit our expanding family. Doing our research we decided on a "style" and decided to look at a few at the dealerships near us. before we went to actually look, we came family. Doing our research we decided on a "style" and decided to look at a few at the dealerships near us. before we went to actually look, we came across Troy Stevenson through Wesly Chapel Nissan's Internet sales. He was quick with replies and available for calls. When we made it out there he was friendly and very easy....not the "typical" type of vehicle salesman. This guy was genuine and to the point...no games involved. we've bought a lot of vehicles throughout the years, different makes from different Dealerships, and this was by Far the best experience we've ever had. From Troy, to Jon the Finance guy, Jason Bray the Customer Relations manager, to meeting the store manager...Everyone was friendly and Approachable!.....but it all started out with..and ended with Troy Stevenson. I had been searching for a Nissan Murano, and found one on the Wesley Chapel Internet Sales page for a phenomenal price. Decided to go check it out (although wasn't very hopeful at all at the time might I on the Wesley Chapel Internet Sales page for a phenomenal price. Decided to go check it out (although wasn't very hopeful at all at the time might I add- thought the price was a misprint). Upon arriving at the dealership was greeted by Elliot, who introduced us to Troy Stevenson. I must preface this rating by saying that I am HUGE on customer service. I will walk out of any retail establishment if I feel that I'm not being attended to, and treated respectfully. Unfortunately, in today's world, there are many, many Salespeople that want the "quick" sale, but really don't want to put the time and effort and level of service that makes the sale. I think that customer service is even more important for big purchases (like a car). I also have to say that I do my homework on car purchases - I like to be informed, so I knew walking in what the deal should be. That being said, Troy was FABULOUS. We walked in and walked out a couple of hours later with my Murano, fully detailed (and Troy even sent it back to the detailers because he wanted it rewashed)- He worked on pricing and financing with us, worked out the trade-in on my old expedition to my satisfaction, and in general, made my husband and I feel like we were valued customers. I will definitely return to Troy for my next car and my husband, who will trade in his 2009 Maxima in the next year or so has already indicated that he's going back to work with Troy. It's great to feel good about a purchase, not only because you were able to get what you wanted, but get it at a great price, and with great service. More

I recently bought a used car through Wesley Chapel Nissan at the recommendation of a friend. I can honestly say this was the most painless car buying process I've ever experienced. Seen a Dodge Charger RT listed everywhere for sale, at an eyecatching price..Was not looking for a Silver Vehicle, but decided to check it out. Called Wesley Chapel Nissan to verify that the Car was still av eyecatching price..Was not looking for a Silver Vehicle, but decided to check it out. Called Wesley Chapel Nissan to verify that the Car was still available to see. Troy confirmed, so we drove over in the rain to check this one out. Upon arriving another Sales person immediately let Troy know were there browsing the car and he came out with the key so we could do a test drive. Troy encouraged us to drive this car as we would our own. Took a nice spin out on I -75. Being a used car there were one or two things of concern, but the manufacturer's warranty covers one problem but the other was something that needed to be repair in the lower front portion of the bumper. Nissan's advertised internet price was pretty firm, with only a 1% discount from the listed price. However, Troy came back and offered to offset the potential cost to repair the lower front bumper issue. We had done our leg work looking for this particular Car and knew that it had somewhat of a demand on it, since there were not very many in that year 2009 - 2010 available to pick from anywhere in Florida, as well as areas of Georgia for that matter. Most cars in this mileage range and year were priced at least 3000 more then what was listed on this vehicle. So comfortable with the price, overall condition of the car, etc., we decided to make the purchase. Even though it was near closing time, Troy worked on getting some good financing on this car for us. Keep in Mind, he was doing so on a Drive and Sign basis. Which is not easy to do these days with the current economic climate.. Not to mention the stock market had just dropped 600 points just the day before. We were unable to close at the time because of varations reasons, but Troy assured us he would get on it the next day. The next day a couple of things needed to be tweaked, but then the numbers all came in and we were ready to take this Beautiful Car Home. Jon White went over all the Extended Warranty, Gap Insurance and Financing details. He too, was very polite and very thorough about all the paperwork. This is my Son's first Financed Vehicle. I, on the other hand, have purchased quite a few cars and trucks over the past 30 years. All in All, I was very pleased with The Straight forward, no hassle matter by which we were treated and the willingness by Nissan (Troy) and the staff to do what ever was needed to get us into this car with the best possible deal available. AND THEY DID. Glad to see my Son enjoying his first car, a DODGE CHARGER. Thanks Troy and the rest of staff. We will recommend this dealership. For Sure. More
