my wife and i took our 2008 altima into the Wesley Chapel Nissan for service. we asked them to look at the paint bubbling, and pealing. Much to our suprise they explained that "due to the car having 68k mile Nissan for service. we asked them to look at the paint bubbling, and pealing. Much to our suprise they explained that "due to the car having 68k miles this is not unusual." I am shocked by this statement--what does the mileage on the car have to do with the paint? I have never looked at paint as a wear item--like brakes etc---but it seems that the people at wesley chapel nissan beleive paint is a wear item...and they offered nothing to discuss or resolve the paint issue--or want to look at it to determine if it is defective. i purchased one of the first Armadas built, and after 18 months it began to rust around the back hatch. The nissan dealer i went through in New York--they called nissan for me, they addressed and repained the truck--as it was found to be defective--so i know things can be done--so this makes me sick--to be treated like this. derek b wesley chapel More

I am looking forward to working with your dealership in a positive way as I did with my past experiences with Saturn (three paid off vehicles since 1994. My son bought a Nissan truck in the early 90s in Tampa. As a Dad, I co-signed for that vehicle. In addition, my sister-in-law who lives in New Jersey bought a Nissan SUV during this past year or so. We were looking for a specific used car for our 16 year old and had found one online. Since the dealer was 2.5 hours away, we called to ask some preliminary questions before making the drive. Troy answered all our questions and assured us that the car was in as good of shape as the photo indicated. When we got to the dealership, Troy had even pulled the car off the front of the lot to hold it for us. The car was in even better shape in person than we anticipated and there was no pressure to purchase it immediately or to go up to a new vehicle. We decided to buy it and the process was so easy - almost a pleasure - with no haggling or hours spent going back and forth to get the best deal. Our experience with Troy and Wesley Chapel Nissan was the best car buying experience we've had. And we are all loving the car almost one month later. It drives great and there have been no surprises.
