When I walked into the dealership Troy greeted me right away with a smile and ready to help. I wasn't sure if I wanted a new or a used car and I didn't even know what kind of car I wanted but he asked me p away with a smile and ready to help. We went through all the used cars then he pulled up a Murano that matched what I wanted (to be able to put my kayaks on top, good on gas since I drive a lot, leather, etc). I wasn't quite sure on the color. He let me test drive a new Juke but it was a little out of my price target. When I was about to give up since it was late and it started raining, we went for one more drive around the lot and found a black on black Murano that was used but looked brand new inside and out. I really liked it and Troy went out of his way to help me get approved through Nissan with the amount I had to put down. He even worked the next day on his day off to make sure I was taken care of completely. Troy must have been the nicest guy there, he helped me find exactly what I wanted, gave me a great price, and took care of me all the way through. I love my new car and I'm very impressed with the employees and dealership. 5+ More

We decided after research that the Versa sedan was exactly what we wanted. After a 3 hour dismal experience at another dealership where the salesperson would not negotiate without pulling our credit score and barely had any knowledge of the car itself my husband and I were aggravated and hesitant to start the process over again. After one phone call to Troy Stevenson my husband was able to confirm what they had on the lot, how he could make it fit into our budget, and how to get the right finance plan for us before we even stepped foot in the door of the dealership. When we arrived Troy showed us exactly what he had, was upfront and honest with price and perks. He told us about all the options available to us and within 40 minutes from walking in the door (and after winning a GPS) we met Richard Bowen who got us the financing we wanted at a percentage that met the expectation we had set from our initial phonecall. Richard took his time and made for a very easy and direct conversation. He made an experience that can be stressful for some very easy a quick. After all the paper was signed (and Troy had them detail our new car until it met his expectations)we drove away in our new 2012 versa completely relieved and very happy with our purchase. From my my purchase several months ago on this dealership has treated me I was one of the family. Everyone there has been wonderful. When I visited the service department recently, I was greeted as if they n has treated me I was one of the family. Everyone there has been wonderful.
