We decided after research that the Versa sedan was exactly what we wanted. After a 3 hour dismal experience at another dealership where the salesperson would not negotiate without pulling our credit score and barely had any knowledge of the car itself my husband and I were aggravated and hesitant to start the process over again. After one phone call to Troy Stevenson my husband was able to confirm what they had on the lot, how he could make it fit into our budget, and how to get the right finance plan for us before we even stepped foot in the door of the dealership. When we arrived Troy showed us exactly what he had, was upfront and honest with price and perks. He told us about all the options available to us and within 40 minutes from walking in the door (and after winning a GPS) we met Richard Bowen who got us the financing we wanted at a percentage that met the expectation we had set from our initial phonecall. Richard took his time and made for a very easy and direct conversation. He made an experience that can be stressful for some very easy a quick. After all the paper was signed (and Troy had them detail our new car until it met his expectations)we drove away in our new 2012 versa completely relieved and very happy with our purchase. From my my purchase several months ago on this dealership has treated me I was one of the family. Everyone there has been wonderful. When I visited the service department recently, I was greeted as if they n has treated me I was one of the family. Everyone there has been wonderful. Checking for other Nissan dealers on my phone, I came across Wesley Chapel Nissan and a truly great salesman b the name of Troy Stevenson. I have bought many many cars in my life and I can honestly say I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did interacting with Troy. He listened to what I was looking for, pointed out a few things that I should be aware of in the different trim levels. He said to talk it over while he put together some figures on the two models of the Juke and also provided the lease cost and the purchase cost. The price he came back with was a no brainer since we have been looking at other dealers and on the internet. At that point I said that I had a vehicle that I wanted to sell, and wound up with him offering me a thousand dollars more then what I had in mind. I immediately jumped at the offering and we proceeded to close the deal in time for me to see the playoff game with the Giants and Packers. Any one who is looking for a great deal on a car should visit this dealership and if possible speak to Troy. You will be glowing also by the time you are done.
