I would like to start with saying Chris Hall was great, very helpful, friendly, pleasant, nothing wrong with Chris Hall whatsoever..... My entire experience with Chris Hall was fine.... BUT, Mr. Richard very helpful, friendly, pleasant, nothing wrong with Chris Hall whatsoever..... My entire experience with Chris Hall was fine.... BUT, Mr. Richard Bowen on the orther hand is the worst ever... I have never experienced such a rude person at a place where I was told they wanted to "aggressively" sell cars... he named the price for my trade in and then was uncomfortable with it because "my car wasn't in the book". He repeated that sentence at least 10 times, that is all I kept hearing from his mouth.... therefore he didn't want to negotiate on the price of the car at all, because he was not comfortable with the trade in allowance he chose. I was there that Saturday to BUY a car from Chris, we had an appointment that morning. I have excellent credit and could have purchased any car on that lot. But, after contact with Mr. Richard Bowen and his attitude and rude behavior he lost a deal for Chris and Wesley Chapel Nissan.. I left, went to Lokey Nissan, got a better Altima with more features and accessories for the exact price and trade in I had asked for at Wesley Chapel, got free lifetime warranty on the power train like Wesley Chapel, plus free oil changes for life too. Oh and the windows tinted for free that Mr. Richard Bowen offered to me at cost of $160.00 ... but they were including the "appearance package" for $899.00 some ugly modling that didn't match the color of the car and oh yeah pinstripeing, is this the 70's really pinstripe I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership, the complete opposite, I will tell everyone I know NOT to go to Wesley Chapel Nissan and my advice to Chris was if Mr. Richard Bowen is your back up, find yourself another line of work or another dealership. I called to obtain email addresses for Rick, Glenn and Mr. Richard Bowen and was hung up on and I then called back and was asked who I was and why I wanted email addresses as if I were asking for their personal bank account numbers or something, it was a WORK email address to write them about my experience. I purchased my first new Nissan from WCN 4 years ago. I recently returned to inquire the trade-in value of that vehicle. WCN offered great customer service and products as usual and the sales consultants w recently returned to inquire the trade-in value of that vehicle. WCN offered great customer service and products as usual and the sales consultants worked with me to get a great offer for trade-in as well as a great deal on a new Nissan. I happily drove off the lot in another brand new Nissan. I am excited to do business with and recommend business for WCN for years to come! More

My experience with purchasing a new car at Wesley Chapel Missan was fabulous! First of all, I was taken on two test drives personally by Sales Manager Richard Bowen. He was so personable and knowledgable Missan was fabulous! First of all, I was taken on two test drives personally by Sales Manager Richard Bowen. He was so personable and knowledgable that I decided to purchase the second car I drove, the Rogue, at that time, even though I was planning to make the purchase two or three weeks later. After a few days, Mr. Bowen contacted me by e-mail. When I decided to proceed with the purchase, I contacted Mr. Bowen and asked him to secure financing for me, which he did within two hours. We then made arrangements for me to pick up the car on that Saturday. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Mr. Bowen introduced me to Chris Hall, who immediately began extending great customer care to me. While he arranged to have the car detailed, I worked with Finance Manager Jon White to take care of all paperwork. Like everyone else I met at the dealership, Mr. White was extremely sharp and was able to answer every question I had in a pleasant and efficient manner. When the car was ready, Mr. Hall took me over every detail of the car and showed me how everything worked. He asked me to call him if I had any questions. Since the purchase of the car, I have needed to contact Mr. Hall on a few occasions, and he has provided me with the most excellent customer service I could ask for. I highly recommend these three employees and Wesley Chapel Nissan to everyone (and I have bragged about this experience to my friends)! Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. More

As a first time buyer without credit and freshly graduated from school, the sales reps were so friendly and knowledgeable. The team was phenomenal in getting me the best deal possible for my situati graduated from school, the sales reps were so friendly and knowledgeable. The team was phenomenal in getting me the best deal possible for my situation. My family and I were treated with respect and kindness. I got a brand new versa hatch with special edition features, which is a beautiful and convenient car to start off my new career with. The staff provided me with all the info I needed about the car. They gave me a good price and good deal overall!! They stayed in touch througout the whole process and were very reachable whenever my father or I had any questions. The experience was so smooth that I recommended my brother who will be buying a car from Wesley Chapel Nissan in the near future! In fact I will recommend this dealership highly to everyone I know!
