My mother just went to this dealership just the other day upon arival she was greeted by the salesman as normal but as they went deeper into the conversation about the car he seemed very aggressive. The management staff seemed to be pressuring the salesman to get my mom to sign a commitment. As time went by the presure sales got really realy bad to the point where she could hear cursing from the glass room in the dealership. It made her feel really uncomfortable. She said she could not make out if they were referring to her or not but they all seemed to look at her after certain comments were made. After making the drive all the way to the dealership they changed the price by thousands and made her feel as if she had made a mistake by going there.. Wesley Chapel Nissan is the worst dealership she ever went to , so she went and bought a another car from a different dealership and got the right price! Be Warned....... More
For the past year I have been in search for a nice and affordable car at multiple locations. I was just going to look at my options and then decide in the next month what I wanted. However, I was greeted by Adam Clarke and he did everything in his power to make buying a car a pleasant experience and was able to get me a great deal so I bought the car that day! He is one of the best sales men I have ever run into and make sure you know every little detail. I would recommend him in my highest regard to anyone I knew that needed a car and wanted it to be a great experience!! More

James is a GREAT sales person and so is Steve. because of them, the dealership has a life long customer. I live in brandon and went all the way to wesley chapel just for them. This was probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. The salesman, James Laguna, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was available for us even though we were still there as they closed. I fel I've had. I felt like he had our best interest in mind, and wanted to help us get in the car that was right for us. Once we chose the car we wanted, Richard Bowen came in to talk about lease or own, finances, and bottom line. Instead of the "hard sale" which turns me off, he educated us on our choices. This left us feeling like he cared about our decisions. Working with this dealership and Mr Laguna was very easy. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market! More
As soon as we got out of the car to look at a vehicle Cassandra stopped what she was doing and came over to help. Troy Stevenson worked all day on our deal. We were working with this dealership and 2 others in central Florida to see who could get us the best deal. Troy was FABULOUS! He kept us in the loop by calling us back when promised, worked diligently to get us the interest rate and payment we were trying to receive. He was up front and honest about everything. He wasn't pushy and gave us the time we needed to make the right decision for our family. Another bank called us the next morning and offered us a better rate (they had to verify info bc of a fraud alert on my credit report) and Troy had all the papers there ready for us to sign so we didn't have to wait. The normal policy for Wesley Chapel is to give a $25 voucher for gas on a pre-owned vehicle. I spoke with Richard Bowen to see if he could give us a full tank of gas (which would go WAY over the $25 voucher) and he agreed. And we are very appreciative of that bc it was $60 to fill us up. He went above typical policy to meet our request. There were a few things in the vehicle that needed to be fix and I have an appointment with the service department on Tuesday to get these corrections made in a timely manner. We have had a wonderful experience and just wish we lived closer to the dealership so we could have more regular maintenance. More

Before this I had just spent 2.5 hours at the Nissan dealer on Hillsborough and left in disgust. I called Jorge Morfa at Wesley Chapel, told him what I wanted. When I arrived he had found exactly what I wanted and parked it at the front door! I test drove it and agreed on a price in the first 30 minutes. What a difference in dealerships! I would recommend Jorge and the whole staff at Wesley Chapel Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Mark More
