This is the second Nissan Titan I have purchased from Wesley Chapel Nissan. I have had the great fortune of working with Troy Stevenson on both of these occassions. My first Titan was totaled in a rear end collision recently. Subsequently, I was forced to find a new vehicle. I called Troy on a Friday evening and told him the situation. He told me to call him first thing Saturday morning. I didn't have to. He beat me to it. He had already worked up the financing and found a new truck that met my specs. I arrived at the dealership at 2:30 that afternoon and was done signing paperwork and out the door within 45 minutes. Living in Polk County, there are more than a few Nissan dealerships that are more convenient for me to go to. However, between the smooth first purchase a couple years ago, the ability to call Troy anytime if I have questions, and Troy's straight forward, no gimmicks, no surprises approach... going back to Troy and Wesley Chapel for Titan #2 was a no brainer. Troy Stevenson is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is an asset to Wesley Chapel Nissan! I would recommend (and have) to any and everyone I know that is in the market for a new vehicle. I was buying out a leased Nissan Rogue. I called every Nissan dealer within a 50 mile radius. I got estimates of a dealer fee everywhere from $79. to $900. I did not obtain the original lease from Wesle Nissan dealer within a 50 mile radius. I got estimates of a dealer fee everywhere from $79. to $900. I did not obtain the original lease from Wesley Chapel dealership but they gave me the $79. fee on the transaction. I was thrilled and very appalled that other dealerships get away with such exorbitant charges---"just because they can." Steve Jargo gets a 10 from me with a very positive experience--very different than most of my dealings with car salesmen. I was extremely pleased, and very annoyed with Lokey Nissan on Rt. 19 where I leased my car, that was going to charge me $800. for the transaction. Buyer beware!!! I went into the store not knowing what to expect; but, I had prayed and was hoping that this would be the place where God would use someone to help,and get me into a nice car that i really wanted. Before coming to the store; for the past two weeks I turly did experience some bad customer service treatment, and some really bad business ethics from some other car dealership's sales professionals. By the time I arrived at Wesley Chapel Nissan I was feeling a little discouraged. Troy Stevenson waited on me along with his associated Adam Clark!!! What a differenc in the overall customer service!!! Adam met me at the door with a great big smile and friendly hello and Troy was exactly the same way!!! Troy listened to me, he heard me saying what i wanted in a car, even the color!!! He worked at it, he took the time and made sure that hegot t had gotton the best deal for me.
