Prior to coming in to see Richard Bowen, I have bought 5 cars from another dealership in the past. When I went in to my old dealership it was not the same no more. It seem they did not want to meet my finan cars from another dealership in the past. When I went in to my old dealership it was not the same no more. It seem they did not want to meet my finance needs and did not offer to show me other cars. They had there mine set on one vehicle for me. I walked in to Nisan which Richard was highly recommended to me. He was so patient, and I actually was looking for a SUV, but I end up with a beautiful 2010 "clean" Toyota Camery. He spent at least 5 hours with us, plus went out of his way and wash our car himself. He made sure I got the best deal, and I didn't even try to lower the price. Richard understood my financial needs and he delivered. Richard is a rare sales man who is honest and humbled. I felt I knew Richard all my life, that is how he makes you feel. I went to Wesley Chapel Nissan with my daughter to purchase her first car. She had done her research and wanted a Juke. She worked out a budget and knew what she could afford. I told her in the car that if I felt that we were being pushed into something, we would leave, no matter how badly she wanted the car. Jorge was very friendly and not your typical pushy car salesperson. He explained things in a way that made sense to her. Even though I would be a cosigner on the loan, I wanted her to learn how the process worked. Jorge actually made it a fun experience. He took us for a test drive and explained all of the features. He thoroughly went over the safety features (even though she wasn't listening) It was important to me. Jon in the finance office took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Overall an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend WC Nissan. More
