Already have buy a car from there and the experience is excellent and smooth while buying the cars and also on every visit for car service like in my last visit. This dealership has the worst sales processing department you may encounter. I co-signed on a loan for a good friend, and that friend has had the payments for the loan automatically taken out of his account you may encounter. I co-signed on a loan for a good friend, and that friend has had the payments for the loan automatically taken out of his account for just over 4 years now. So, keeping good on his payments has not been an issue. However, the sales department put my name and address first on the sale of this vehicle, which places my name and address first on the vehicle registration. As a result, all DOT related issues are sent to me and not the person who possesses and pays for the vehicle. Like notices from the expressway and turnpike authority threatening to take away MY license if tolls weren't paid. The toll issues have been resolved, as he got a pass. That was not the only issue. I was leading a vehicle from Wesley Chapel Nissan that ended in January 2021. I decided to purchase the vehicle. They asked if I wanted to keep the plate and I said yes. Unknowing to me, they used the plate number from the vehicle I had co-signed on the loan for and assigned it to the lease vehicle I had and just purchased. So now, the guy with the car I co-signed on the loan for had a plate on his car that was now assigned to my car and the plate on my car was no longer assigned to a vehicle. It wasn't until a year later that my friend and I figured out what had happened. It took me about a month to get the registrations to show show my plate back on my vehicle and his plate back on his vehicle. Then today I get a letter from the FLHSMV threatening to suspend my driving privilege because the insurance company for my friend's car denied insurance coverage. They threaten me because my name and address are still listed first on my friend's vehicle. This was Wesley Chapel Nissan that created the issue 4 years ago and then made it even worse one year ago. Why would I want to do further business or recommend them to anyone. I am just one of their customers. Think about the many others who have issues they don't even know about or who have just not said anything. I doubt I am the only one. L. Jackson Clearwater, FL More
