No high pressure, no gimmicks, and quite honestly, no unfair pricing. Seriously, how often can you say that concerning car buying? Trust me, I had never met anyone of these gentlemen before, but they treated me like I had. Actually, they treated me like they had known me for years, and not in that sleazy salesman kind of way that has plagued car dealerships for years! If this dealership can keep a team like this together I think they will flourish, as they should. Looking around I also saw the many admiral deeds they have done for the community as well. In a time when customer service is nearly dead it is a pleasant surprise when someone can actually EXCEED your expectations! Boy, it sure makes leaving a review a lot more pleasant as well!! As Demetrios mentioned " they really DO appreciate my business". And I believe him!!! More

Quick, easy, painless! Did my initial application online, received a phone call not soon after from Demetrios Mina. I told him straight up that my credit was questionable. He worked on a deal for me in about 5 hours without me even being at the dealership. Had me in and out the door in an hour. Overall, a very good experience. I am not at all a fan of the car buying experience, which is why I drive my cars until they literally won't run any more. Fantastic Experience I live in Manatee County, an hour drive from this dealership. This was by far and away the easiest experience I have had purchasing a car. Our sales person, Joe Struzzeri, was beyond helpful to get me into the car I wanted and the terms I needed. The finance manager we worked with, P.J. Leary, was also very easy to work with. Very direct and straight forward with everything, which is sometimes frowned upon. I really enjoyed my experience and will be making the drive back for my general maintenance needs as well :) More
