Upon arriving at the Nissan dealership we were frustrated and annoyed with the KIA dealership next door not taking the time to listen to what we were Upon arriving at the Nissan dealership we were frustrated and annoyed with the KIA dealership next door not taking the time to listen to what we were looking for. We quickly felt heard and appreciated as a customers thanks to Crystal. Crystal is honestly the best sales person we have worked with. She spent a few hours of her time looking at vehicles which weren't quite what we wanted, she took extra time to take us through the newly arrived or traded in to see if we could find something. We ended up not finding a vehicle we were looking for. She told us she would keep an eye out for us which I thought was very nice. I don't think I actually expected to here from her. I was amazed she actually did we received calls to let us know when new items were brought in. We came back and looked at a vehicle that was pretty spot on to what we wanted showing us all and all she really listened and cared about what we wanted in a vehicle. We never felt pushed or rushed it was a laid back and understanding atmosphere. I can truly say that the next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will look for where Crystal is. Pushy, Unprofessional and Shady I've brought my Nissan to this dealership for service several times. The only problem I'd experienced was that someone in the service department backe I've brought my Nissan to this dealership for service several times. The only problem I'd experienced was that someone in the service department backed my car into another car/object and caused a dent in the trunk. Other than that, the experiences at the dealership were positive; however, their pushy salesman swarming you like honeybees while you're in the waiting room or anywhere near the lot, turned me off purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. After another recent repair, I decided it might be best to purchase a new car, and was referred to one the their "best and most experienced" salesman by the service advisor. From there, it was all downhill. I contacted the salesman, told him which vehicle I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay, and discussed financing. We came to a good meeting point, and I was at the dealer the next day to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Well, within less than 24 hours, the car had been sold, and was no longer available. Ok fine-so I pick another trim of the same vehicle for a test drive. It took them nearly an hour to get the vehicle ready for a test drive. After the test drive, I expected them to be ready to finalize the purchase, but since the sales manager and finance person who approved my numbers the day before wasn't there, the manager on duty went about reworking the numbers. He tried to give me less than 50% of the trade value that was agreed on upon the day before. After he was shown the communications I exchanged with an already agreed upon price and trade value, he came back with more $ for my trade. When the trade value was agreed upon the day before, I was told that was the absolute best they could do. Low and behold, a day later, after his first attempt to give me less than half of the already agreed upon trade value, he comes back with a 2nd scenario giving me more than 3x the value I'd agreed to a day earlier. Given the age and condition of my current car, there was no way his 2nd figure was justified . I was given three different trade in values- one ridiculously high, another ridiculously low. Ultimately, I left because their practices seem quite shady. Nothing is transparent and you cannot trust anything you are told. I am still purchasing a new Nissan but from another local dealership who appears to be more honest. For anyone considering buying from this dealership, do your homework first. Know what the car you are looking to purchase is worth and know what your trade is worth. Line up your own financing as well, because in my experience, their finance people are not transparent in the dealings. It's also worth noting their dealer fees are much higher than other local dealers. WC Nissan charges a $1k prep fee, while other local dealers charge around $700. More

We had a rough start for one of the things that needed to be taken care of, but everyone from Joe in the sales dept to the people in the service department were very helpful & considerate. He worked with us on pricing, buying vs. leasing, and really listened to what I wanted and the price range I was willing to work with. I left there with a Nissan Altima Special Edition that I absolutely love within the price range and length of contract I was looking for. I would go back to Wesley Chapel again anytime. We were greeted by Britta Becker when we arrived and she explained the BOGO plan to us and we decided it wasn't what we needed. We were looking around and my eyes went immediately to the car we ended up purchasing. My husband and I hadn't purchased a new car since 1996, so we were quite hesitate. Britta put us at ease by answering our endless questions and getting us the best bargain. She took us for a test drive showed us how to program all the high tech stuff that we needed to know. We shared quite a few laughs. We consider Britta a good friend now. We even had a hamburger cooked on the grill that day. We actually had a very good day. Everybody was so kind and friendly. More
