Even though there was a special event with local dignitaries we never felt as though we were ignored or given short shrift. Our sales agent Joe S. was attentive and low pressure and our finance agent Chad W. listened to where we needed to be and was able to find an equitable deal. Although I didn't get a steal of a deal I got a good deal that I believe was fair. Most of all we were treated well and with respect. Sales associates and management went above and beyond As a family of four with kids in both high school and college, expenses are everywhere. So naturally we try to save money anywhere that we can. We wer As a family of four with kids in both high school and college, expenses are everywhere. So naturally we try to save money anywhere that we can. We were brought into this dealership by a commercial advertising a BOGO deal where you get a 2-year paid for lease of a 2015 Sentra, Versa, or Rouge Select with the purchase of new 2015 Altima. Having four drivers in our household we decided to get two of these deals. When it came down to the number crunching we realized that we weren't on the same page and the BOGO deal wasn't adding up how we had expected. After going back and forth from a Salesman (Steve Margolas) to the Sales Manager (Chad Wyszynski) to the dealership manager and co-owner (Mark Perryman) we finally realized than an advertising error was the reason we though the deal was going to be cheaper than the dealership had been offering it. After the co-owner, Mark, talked to his ad agency, as well as a few other people higher up and getting no real answer to how it all happened, Mark came to us and told us that he was going to honor the deal as it was advertised even though it would come as a loss to his dealership. In the end, we drove an hour to the dealership, showed up to the dealership at 1pm, they closed at 6pm, and we finally finished paperwork and left at 11pm. So after an exhausting 10 hours at a dealership, we ended up leaving with two beautiful 2015 Altimas, a Sentra, and a Rouge Select, and can say that this dealership handled the deal in a far better and more professional way than we expect them to. 10 hours at this dealership ended better and more enjoyably than 2 hours at any other dealership that I've ever been to. I highly recommend this dealership, even if it's a long drive for you because while any dealership can sell you a car, this dealership will truly take care of you like family. More
