Even though our time there was long and tiring, our salesman Tad Duncan was very attentive and informative and he made the time more enjoyable. He was right on top of all that was going on and kept us updated. He even got the owner Jay Rosario involved. Before long we left with a beautiful 2015 preowned Nissan Frontier. We loved our truck, but for unforeseen circumstances, after two weeks, we had an oil leak. Without hesitation WC Nissan sent a tow truck to pick up our truck for repair. I need to mention, we were not in the local vicinity to the dealership, and we live a good 40 miles away. They furnished us with a loaner during the repair. Being that the problem was a factory defect the motor had to be replaced with a new motor. Our truck was repaired. When we came to pick up our truck our service rep Brandon Malantino was extremely nice and very informative while showing us the service records. When voicing our concerns to Brandon he introduced us to Joey Falcon, Fixed Operation Director. Within minutes Joey brought us to see the Mark Perryman the General Manager. Mark listened and understood our concerns. Without hesitation he took us downstairs so he could find us another truck. As we waited, our salesman Tad became involved, and updated us every step of the way. Tad is the most gracious, informative salesman we have ever been involved with, and Nissan is very lucky to have him. As Mark was looking online to find us a truck, owner Jay Rosario became involved and to our surprise, he presented us with a brand new 2015 Red (my favorite color) Nissan Frontier. Not a penny out of our pocket, he bought back our preowned truck and gave us a brand new one. My husband and I are forever grateful to Wesley Chapel Nissan and all the employees that we came in contact. We will be back the first of the year (2016) to trade our other vehicle in for another Nissan. This is our testament for Wesley Chapel Nissan. Their curiosity, honesty and willingness to work with their customers is bar none the best experience we have ever had with a car dealership. We recommend any one looking for a car, go to Wesley Chapel Nissan, they TRULY are not your average car dealership. FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!! I brought my 2006 Maxima in for a check up for warranty issues. Naca (The Service Manager) was wonderful. Knowledgeable, polite, to the point, and rec I brought my 2006 Maxima in for a check up for warranty issues. Naca (The Service Manager) was wonderful. Knowledgeable, polite, to the point, and recognized that even though I am a woman; I was also knowledgeable regarding vehicles. He treated me with nothing but respect. Together Naca and Joey Falcone fought with my warranty company and helped me in every way they possible could to get my car repaired and back on the road. When I got my car back, there was a separate issue that it needed to go back in for. As before, they were more than accommodating and rapidly got the warranty company to cover the repairs. And my car was repaired, and cleaned to a shiny penny for me to pick up in the time they promised it! I can't give Naca and Joey enough props! I really have no idea what I would have gone through if I had not taken my car to them. My warranty company Is a nightmare all in itself! Whenever I need something done with my Maxima... It will be visiting it's New family in the service dept. at WESLEY CHAPEL NISSAN!!!!!!! More

That all changed for me when I made an appointment to meet internet manager Steve Blank on Sunday afternoon. I intended to speak to him about what I needed and see if a deal could be done - at the earliest Monday or later in the week. Thanks to Steve's knowledge, experience and commitment to my needs, I drove out of the dealership that night with exactly what I was looking for. Steve is someone who like to sell cars, but he does it with the customer's interests at the forefront. If you are considering a Nissan or a competitor, let Steve show you how buying a car should be. Best Car Buying Experience I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience ever. Our sales associate Devon was very knowledgeable and accommod I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience ever. Our sales associate Devon was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our schedules and the GSM Richard B. made sure we got the deal we were comfortable with. Alan Macias was our salesperson. He was knowledgeable, willing to demonstrate features, take time and not pressure for a deal, and a complete gentleman. Alan's service is far beyond the call of duty. We bought two cars from Alan and drove one home. The second car needed to be delivered to the dealership. When it arrived, he and his fiancée delivered the car at 10:30pm to our front door in Clearwater Florida, which is about an hour drive from Wesley Chapel. We've had the cars now for about a month. Every promise the dealership made has been honored, and Alan continues to stay in touch to answer questions as they arise. He has resolved several questions so far, and remains cordial and professional even after the sale. My sincerest recommendation to anyone in the market for a new car is simple. Wasted 3 hrs of my time I drove all the way from Tampa to Wesley Chapel because they had a car that I wanted. I tell the salesperson what I needed on trade not to waste my time. I had three appraisals ACV value on my car for 8000.00. They tell me no problem. Get there they want to give me 6500.00 for my car with 29000 miles! 1500.00 less than any dealer! I agree to 6750.00 because I really liked the car. We shake on it. When I go to finance all the numbers were wrong! The finance manager didn't know what a buyers order was instead he gave me a contract with all the wrong numbers for my credit union. Ask for a copy of the MSRP and he gives me a copy of the MSRP with the wrong vin number. I called my loan officer at the credit union and I told him forget it. WC Nissan sucks! I was approved by him for the car but the experience in finance was so poor imagine what service you get after you purchase. Heck no. STAY AWAY. More

They sold me a car that was “certified preowned” which apparently doesn’t mean anythin Absolutely the worst possible dealership in the Tampa Bay area. They sold me a car that was “certified preowned” which apparently doesn’t mean anything to them. The passenger door was flooded with water, there was water damage on the ceiling, on the carpets, just all of the interior. They did not check it correctly, there was mold in the car that was masked by deodorant, my asthmatic daughter almost died. They claimed that they couldn’t have known so apparently there technicians are completely incompetent. They also told me that I was making everything up even though I’m a M.D. Doctor and know what mold looks like and smells like. They claim to want to help but instead of solving the issue they deodorized the car again and said that they will not do anything else. The warranties I got, apparently don’t cover mold in the seats, floor, or sealing, but when I bought them they said it covered all interior damages including mold. I just have no words to describe how horrible this experience has been, how horrible the managers are, and how disappointed I am. The worst of them all was Joey Falcone(Director of Operations), who promised at first to fix the car and after looking inside said it smelled horrible and definitely had mold, then later told me to my face that I was making everything up and the car was absolutely fine. If I could give negative stars I would!!! More
