I initially came to the dealership because of Troy Stevenson, Dir of Business Development and Public Relations, as a matter of fact he is the reason that I came back yesterday to possible purchase a car and lease another car. His involvement and commitment to the community of Wesley Chapel changed my opinion about Nissan. I am Sr. Pastor of Branch of Christ Church, a resident of Wesley Chapel, a chaplain for Pasco County Sheriff's department and a previous President of Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce. For the past 36 months I have leased an Altima, which by the way I love, and was ready to either purchase the vehicle, possible lease another and/or look somewhere else for a car and a new lease. But I must tell you that between Troy and Richard Bowen, General Sales Manager, and the magic they worked with me, I purchased a used 2013 Altima and leased a 2015 Altima. I want you to know that several people from my church purchased cars from Nissan because of their relationship with Troy. Yesterday another member of the church was at the dealership considering the purchase of a Pathfinder. Brand New Car Used If anybody is looking to buy a car don't go to Wesley Chapel Nissan I came all the way from Tallahassee and brought a 2016 Nissan Maxima that suppose If anybody is looking to buy a car don't go to Wesley Chapel Nissan I came all the way from Tallahassee and brought a 2016 Nissan Maxima that suppose to be brand new with 157 miles that they say they paid 600 to transport it from Orlando but we all know the distance between the two is not 157 miles but in reality they drove my new car and probably was even a dealer car. Even the maximas on their lot don't have 157 or more miles. I would of been ok with a few miles but over a hundred something is ridiculous. Also, since I brought the vehicle it has been damage to the vehicle and they want to keep repairing on it when it suppose to be a new vehicle. First time they was suppose to do a repair I went back to get it and they had did nothing that was suppose to be done and to find more damage to the car and one of their rude employees yelling on the salesfloor telling me I better have a good lawyer cause I told him didn't want the car wanting me to keep driving three hours to bring my car for repair adding more miles on the car that should not have to be fixed if the car is suppose to be brand new. Another thing is since I brought the car it has been at their dealership for repair so let's be honest who in they right will let them keep fixing repairs on a suppose to be brand new car. They even told me I had a recall on my new car first week I got it but never seen paper work on it. This has been one of the worst buying experience ever. Even my salesman didn't have knowledge of anything Mr Tad Duncan all he wanted was to make a sale and then texting me to do the survey so he could get his commission but when I arrived back at the dealership he couldn't assist me barely could look in my face but want me to do a survey. This is my second Nissan brought brand new and the first was 2008 Nissan Altima with 17 miles from Crystal Nisssn and never had a problem with the car or dealer. Also, everybody I have spoken with has told me my new should of not had 157 miles. REPEAT DONT BUY A CAR FROM WESLEY CHAPEL NISSAN go elsewhere like FERMAN NISSAN down the road More

I only have 39000 miles on the car. I went to another company for a 2nd estimate. They ended up fixing the ac for $398. I wonder how many other people they have tried to rip off. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing any more nissans or going to this dealer for service again. More

My First Car Buying Experience & THEY Made it Awesome!! I was searching online and was interested in the used SUV's. I put in my contact information and was immediately emailed by the dealership and then ca I was searching online and was interested in the used SUV's. I emailed him a few times letting him know I wanted to look at used vehicles, and possibly some new ones. Upon arrival my boyfriend and I were immediately greeted in the lot, and I felt welcomed. I advised I was there to see Steve Blanks and they went and got him right away. We looked at a used SUV and Steve was very up front about the rebates, benefits & differences between a used and new SUV. With my credit and position, and what I was looking for we decided that a newer SUV was the best way to go. I was able to test drive my dream SUV and fell in love right away. Steve was great at explaining all of the fun perks in the car and features. Once we decided, we went in and there was not a lot of back and forth. We told him my range, and they worked hard to get me the best deal they could. I believe I got a great price on this vehicle, and the warranties offered were exceptional! Everyone in the dealership from the sales floor guys, to the Financing Managers, Finance Specialists, etc. were kind, courteous and very helpful! I would definitely recommend them and am happy to be in my dream car! Although my monthly payments are higher than I would have liked, I know that I got a GREAT deal on a GREAT new car and that I am in great hands with them! =) Thanks so much guys!! With that being said, I must share that Steve Blank (Internet Car Sales POC) was a pleasure to work with from jump. From our initial phone call to emails to ultimately face-to-face to make sure this car was the ONE, Steve was able to get what we wanted on the lot quickly, yet took his time with me and my husband to explain all the bells and whistles on our new 2015 SV Murano. Steve listened to what we wanted and did not push what we didn't need nor want. Steve made the purchase as painless as possible. We definitely will be buying another car from Steve and we highly recommend him to our family and friends. Steve truly went out of his way to assist us with our concerns after the sale was complete and continues to make sure that we are very satisfied customers on the services and parts side of the house.
