Great Experience I always hate going to a dealership to only have that one pushy employee/sales person following you around. When I first arrived, I was greeted and w I always hate going to a dealership to only have that one pushy employee/sales person following you around. When I first arrived, I was greeted and welcomed ! I told the sales person if I needed anything I will find someone, so I was left to look on my own, which I enjoy! I had a few questions and found Crystal with another customer but asked if I could ask a few quick questions. Her other customer was kind to let me ask a few questions. Just from the few minutes we spoke, I knew that she was the person I would want assisting me if I did decide to purchase a car from WC Nissan. Crystal truly goes above and beyond trying to assist her clients needs. I was impressed with every employee I came into contact with. I know that a sales persons job is not easy! However, Crystal defines what an amazing sales person should be as she cares about your needs, your budget, and you as a person! I have nothing but good to say about WC Nissan and the employees that helped me with my new car purchase: Crystal, Troy, Jason, Jon, and Blanco to name a few! More

Highly recommend having your car serviced at Wesley ChapelNi My Dad left behind his Honda CRV to me and I decided to take advantage of an oil change coupon I received from Nissan vs taking it to Honda as he has My Dad left behind his Honda CRV to me and I decided to take advantage of an oil change coupon I received from Nissan vs taking it to Honda as he has for years. After having a brief discussion with the GM Mark Perryman and Naca Rivera, Service Advisor, they said that based on the year of the SUV and the fact that I just had tires put on and never had them balanced that they would add that to the service and you can imagine my surprise when I drove off in the car and it felt like a drove itself!! I didn't realize the pull of the vehicle to the right was most definitely because the tires were not serviced post installation. This discussion happened after I asked them to check the brakes because I thought maybe my brakes where in need of replacement. My brakes got an A *(actually some # assigned to then indicating they're fine) on the report card but most decidedly the service uggested that I had done to the tires made all the difference overall when I drove off in my car. What a pleasure to know that you can get an honest assessment and an expert analyst to tell you what you need and don't need when it comes to servicing your vehicle. The cleanliness and organization of the service area, as busy as it was on a Saturday, impressed me most of all. I knew my car was under good care and highly recommend anyone to have the car serviced here! More
