A special thanks to Medi Medrek and his staff, they really know how to treat a customer and make them feel welcome and at home. I saw on several occasion Medi come out and great customers, asking them how they are doing and if they needed anything, he also made sure his staff was asking customers if they needed snacks, drinks etc.. very professional but at the same time welcoming. Our sales guy Paul was knowledgeable, detailed and very friendly. You can tell he worked hard to make us comfortable and got what we needed. Great guy and very personable. Overall this was a great experience, the facility was very well kept and all staff members were very nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend Wesley Chapel Nissan to any car buyers in the area. Nissan has a great product, and this dealership is a great extension to selling a great product. Well done! More

Gave a start because "0" was not an option After being a WCT customer for years my husband decided to try a Nissan. The service was so bad the days of purchase I refinance with 2 months. Went there last Dec to request my Gap ins refund with Yousef (Financing) and I still waiting for my check. Has left at least 15 messages and not one return call. Went back to WCT to get a Camry, satisfied as usual, but this WCN is a joke. You walk in and no one acknowledges you. Is almost like they're doing you a favor. More

A great deal but with pulling teeth Bought a 2015 suv. Brought it home, Crack in the windshield. That was a fib story only come to find out the windshield warranty only puts a protection cover over it. Took a month to replace it after they were not returning our calls, I had to contact window place ourselves. It was a hassle getting the car but got it at a good price that's why I give 4 stars. Othere than all of that, would recommend to others but go to Chad he's the best! More

Steve Blank reached out to me and so I stopped by the dealership. I had to move down first and the wife was coming in two weeks. Our financial life is complicated at the moment as I am paying for two households for a period of time and incurring moving expenses. Dealing with Medi Medrek on the financing options was great and his understanding of the situation made a big difference. My wife and I talked about our needs and I was able to narrow our selection a bit. Crystal Enger showed it to me, we drove it around the block and it was the first car I sat in. It felt right: and so now I am driving a new Nissan Murano. And the wife is happy too. So while the car sold me, it was the customer service at Wesley Chapel Nissan that got the deal done. More
