CONSUMER BEWARE! Charges will be thrown in your contract My wife and I recently leased from Wesley Chapel Honda. F & I contracts are now done on an iPad making it all the more difficult understanding what yo My wife and I recently leased from Wesley Chapel Honda. F & I contracts are now done on an iPad making it all the more difficult understanding what you’re signing, and we were lied to. You never receive paper copies to review and question in-person, all paperwork is provided on a memory stick for you to view on your own computer when you get home. Who does that, right? Well I do. By the time you fully review what was signed at home, it may be too late to dispute. Our smooth talking F & I guy never offered additional optional services or warranties, said he knew we were looking for a certain monthly payment and would just skip over all the back-end upsells. When we reviewed our lease agreement at home from the memory card, we noticed almost a $500 charge under optional. It is for Fidelity Warranty Services. This F & I guy slid that in without us knowing so he could make a buck without making a sale. We never received a booklet on this warranty program, never received any info on the warranty program, and were never offered the option to purchase it or not. We don’t even know how to utilize the $500 warranty making it utterly useless. The “owner” reads bad reviews and promises to call you in the review response but he didn’t call us back. My wife is a hard-working teacher and doesn’t deserve to be scammed like this. More
