Willie was phenomenal and I would recommend him to work with in the service department. As for the rest of the process between check in and waiting in the lobby , it just felt like a big old sales fes with in the service department. You have people soliciting windshields repairs And folks calling you to do trade ins when you're only there for a simple oil change. Felt like I was walking in the mall dodging the folks that try to give you a free sample to get you to sit down and try their hair products and skin care. Truly I get it but sometimes you just want to be at peace especially at the cost of a basic oil change. You wanna get in and get out with nothing in between. It was my first time servicing a Honda there and if it wasn't for Willie I would not come back. More
