I am very sorry that you had a poor experience. I know that we worked on your particular deal for almost a month and we wanted to get it done as much as you did. I have a family like you do and I know how important basic transportation is. I don't know if it will help, but we also own Wesley Chapel Toyota. They have a program called Credit Acceptance. It has much softer guidelines than any of the banks that we deal with. If you would like, I could get you in touch with their manager to see if he could help? I know you are disappointed, but I just wanted to reach out to you and let you know that it wasn't because we didn't try or because we don't care. Your company dropped the ball. You would have never let me drive off the lot on November 15, 2010 with your vehicle if I was not approved by a lender. You also deal with buy here pay here lenders. The numbers were not in your favor and Honda of Wesley Chapel asked for an additional three thousand dollars on top of my original one thousand dollar. In other words, you wanted me to produce a four thousand dollar down payment; when I clearly advised your salesperson I only had one thousand dollars. We both know the additional three thousand dollars was your company's profit. Not good business practice. Enough of the small talk. I have taken the liberty of taking this battle to the steps of Tallahassee and Washington D.C. You should soon be contacted by several political and private entities like Senator Bill Nelson; House Rep. Will Weatherford; Attorney General Pam Bondi; Better Business Bureau and a few local investigative news teams. My motivation is the silent voices that entered Honda of Wesley Chapel before me and experience the same fraudulent and emotional result. This is for all the silent voices that Honda of Wesley Chapel victimized. Since you did not want to honor your own contract I took these steps. I was raised up to contribute to the moral fabric of our country, not tear it down. Honda of Wesley Chapel's management is aware of what is going on and it is only going to take one politician to bring your company and your industry wide issue to the forefront. As your used car manager, Tim Winningham said to me with no concern and not giving me a chance to speak; "It's not that I don't want to help you, but I have to make money."
