Honda of Wesley Chapel gave me the worst experience in car buying. They promised a new car at a certain price but then after SIX hours (during which time my plate was put on the new car and my insurance w car buying. I know my credit is horrible - I was honest with them, they should have been honest with me. It took them over an hour just to put my license plate back on my car so I could leave in tears. The general sales manager, Michael Hasson is the least compassionate person I have ever met. When trying to explain my disappointment with the business, he tried to comfort me by telling me his life story (wasting even more of my time) and not once did he offer a solution or even a tissue for my teary eyes. I will never go back there and I would suggest that anyone else think twice before going as well. If you do go to Honda of Wesley Chapel I suggest you pack a lunch and a box of tissues. More

Three weeks ago my car caught on fire on the way to the mechanic, My boyfriend Julio was driving,Thank God he is fine,nothing happened to him. It was a tragedy! As we went to a couple and first thing I had in mind was a HONDA yes a coupe ...but my julio opened my eyes and I started to like the HONDA SEDAN and we looked started going hear and there until we found out about wesley chapel honda I believe it was a saturday.And we drove in and started walking around and I liked the fact I didn't have 10 men coming towards us or looking at as, just that one polite sales person Joe, he helped us so well and couple min later from being there i told Julio "out of all the honda dealerships we have been too this is the one I most like". I was very happy with my experience of buying my car with Welsey Chapel Honda.Car shopping was fun stressing, and also me and my boyfriend learned more about each other. I am very happy and blessed to have a great boyfriend. Sunday afternoon it was our 3rd time going to Wesley Chapel Honda and finally I get the car, with a big smile on my face.I had to go the next day to pick up something , Joe tells me " Julio is a great guy" I thought that was very nice not only he sold a car but he cared about us. I took our Honda Civic to Wesley Chapel Honda for it's first oil change, even though we did not purchase the vehicle there. I was greeted by a woman named Shelly. She was very nice and helpful in explai first oil change, even though we did not purchase the vehicle there. I was greeted by a woman named Shelly. She was very nice and helpful in explaining everything in detail as to what was going to be done during my service visit. She told me that since it was my first time there, she would be happy to show me around the dealership. The waiting area was nice, clean, relaxing and comfortable. It only took about 1/2 hour until my car was finished! Shelly went over everything that was done during the service including the safety inspection. It was a pleasant experience and I will go back there for all of my future services! More
Wow! One more reason to buy a Honda and get your service done at Wesley Chapel Honda, Shelley Bair. In 2008 we bought our brand new Honda Odyssey from this dealership. Unfortunately at that time the servi done at Wesley Chapel Honda, Shelley Bair. In 2008 we bought our brand new Honda Odyssey from this dealership. Unfortunately at that time the service department was not very friendly nor efficient, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. We recently found out that the unfriendly and inefficient were replaced by hard working, customer service oriented individuals. Since then we have been servicing our 08 Odyssey and 95 Prelude with Shelley and the results have been exceptional. Keep up the great work guys! More

This review deals with sales and auto service. Joe has been great since the beginning. He has stuck with his word on sales with my wife's Honda CRV purchased there at Wesley Chapel Honda and services to been great since the beginning. He has stuck with his word on sales with my wife's Honda CRV purchased there at Wesley Chapel Honda and services to my Ford Explorer also purchased at Wesley Chapel Honda. When it comes down to Customer Service, Friendliness, and the Quality of Work at Wesley Chapel Honda they have always been outstanding. Whether in person or over the phone, if I need to talk to anyone in particular, such as Joe, someone will find that person A.S.A.P. And if that person is not available they have always gotten back with me within the next 24 hours. When it comes to price, I will split the difference. My Ford Explorer was a deal of a lifetime...one I am sure I will never get again. As far as my wife's CRV, I thought it was a little high for 85.000 or so miles, but many other sources seemed to agree with the dealer. Knowing how long Honda's are built to last gave me the reassurance I needed. In conclusion, it is nice to know that I have finally found a car dealership that I can trust...one I have already recommended...one I hope will bring many purchases and trade-ins for many years. Someone who listens to your needs. Something in your price range to fit your budget not just a high priced vehicle to meet the quota for the month. A dealership with employees like this will gain a very good reputation for sales as well as the good service from the service dept. Our overall experience from start to finish was great. This salesman is TERRIFIC. My car searches are usually weeks of dealership visits. Joe took the time to get to know us. After presenting one price and asking where I needed to be he was able to make it work for all of us. So far I LOVE MY HONDA. I would recommend salesman and dealership. (joe's a keeper - I want to see him in three years when my lease is up!) Our experience has been pleasant and fun. More
