Good Afternoon, I am so sorry to hear you are having such a negative experience with Honda Motors. I did speak with our management team at Wesley Chapel Honda and they explained your situation to me. I am aware that you did not purchase your Honda from our dealership or have any service work done here. It looks like Honda Motors would not pay the warranty claim on repainting your vehicle. I would suggest you contact Honda Motors directly to resolve your issue. We would love to help but since you did not purchase the vehicle or have any service work done your information is not in our system and we are unable to help at this time. We do hope you are able to resolve the issue and Honda can restore your faith in the Honda brand. We are very sorry to hear you had such a hard time.
