Buying Experience at Wesley Chapel Honda I did not come to the dealership expecting to purchase another Honda. My 2012 Honda Accord had been in a front end collision involving what we believ I did not come to the dealership expecting to purchase another Honda. My 2012 Honda Accord had been in a front end collision involving what we believed to be a sudden unexplained acceleration of the car. After the car was repaired by a nearby collision center, it made disturbing road noises that the car did not have prior to the collision. After unsuccessful attempts by the collision center to remedy the noise problem, we brought the car to the service department at Wesley Chapel Honda for a test drive and evaluation of the problem. While the service people were examining the car, we were approached by Kevin Campbell, who offered to show us a newer model of the Accord and indicated he could make us a great deal. Kevin was very charming, knowledgeable, and assertive - perfect attributes for a deal closer. So a confluence of factors: our concerns about the safety of continuing to drive the repaired 2012 Accord, the aggravation of not being able to get the Accord repaired back to the pre-collision quality, the fact that we were impressed with the drive and ride of the Honda CRV, and Kevin's closing ability - all these factors worked together to induce us to trade our 2012 Honda Accord in on a new Honda CRV. The actual buying experience was excellent from start to finish. Based on this buying experience I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives. I cannot, at this point, comment on the service aspect of the dealership. I will return here for service on my new CRV and we will see how good they are in that area of the dealership. Our last car buying experience was the worst experience we both had ever had, so we were very apprehe My husband and I dread having to get a new car. Our last car buying experience was the worst experience we both had ever had, so we were very apprehensive when the came time to get a new vehicle. Joe made it so easy. I told him what we were looking for over the phone and he came back with a good deal. There was no haggling. They didn't have the color we wanted, but they got one from another location for us. I would tell other dealers what we were looking for, we would go back and forth on the phone several times and all it would result in is them pressuring my husband and I to come into the dealership. It was a completely different experience at Wesley Chapel Honda. Joe listened, got what we were looking for and there was no back and forth. When we got to the dealership, it took very little time to get the paperwork ready and we were out the door with our new vehicle. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I have to also note that Brad in the Finance department alerted us that there was an issue with the title of my husband's vehicle - something we would not have known about. We appreciated him letting us know, so my husband could take care of it right away. He also made the paperwork process go smoothly and fast. We highly recommend this dealership - and Joe Toppa and Brad Wernsing! More

When I was in need of a replacement car, I thought of getting My husband and I were aware of Wesley Chapel Honda from previous service on another car. When I was in need of a replacement car, I thought of getting a Honda Accord. So off we went to Wesley Chapel. From the time we first stepped though the front door, we felt really welcome and Tony Snyder's greeting was infectious. I already felt confident that I wanted a Honda Accord that was about 2 years old. No problem! There were several in inventory, and one of them met my needs completely. After a test drive, I decided I wanted that car. From start to finish, Tony and the rest of the staff were most efficient and cooperative. PJ Leary, the financial director, handled all of the paperwork, including documenting the Lifetime Warranty on a pre-owned auto. We were in and out of the dealership within about 2 1/2 hrs, driving the (new to us) Accord. I went back to the dealer when I had a little more time and Tony most graciously helped me to sync the Bluetooth capability of the Accord with my cell phone. What a blessing to be able to get help for such a procedure. I will recommend Wesley Chapel Honda AND Tony Snyder to any of my friends who are ready to shop for an automobile -- new or used! More
Pleasant Experience Truth be known, I dread the thought of having to deal with car dealers and their finance people. So when I received a call from Chris asking if I was Truth be known, I dread the thought of having to deal with car dealers and their finance people. So when I received a call from Chris asking if I was ready to renew my lease on my Honda, I was admittedly very short with him in my reply. To his credit, Chris remained calm, personal and most of all, professional during the conversation and on ending the call, apologized for taking so much of my time. To make a long story short, I told Chris what type of vehicle I was interested in and just wanted an OTD price. He called back, said he had the info, we scheduled a meeting and when I arrived he showed me one piece of paper that listed the breakdown of all the associated costs and the final price which was a bit more than I was prepared to pay. Also there was a mix-up on the color of the vehicle I was interested in; I said gray and should have said dark gray. Chris arranged to get the car and color I wanted from another dealer and have it for me the next day. Finally I told him that I dreaded sitting down with Finance mainly because they inevitably try to add things that will cost more money. When I went into finance I was pleasantly surprised in that Mr. Veillus had all the papers ready to be signed and was very professional in his approach to offering "extras". Both these gentlemen are credits to their professions and have ensured my return to Wesley Chapel in the future. Tom Santora More

Well, we were wrong,Kevin Campbell made it possible for us to drive that very car off the showroom floor.Kevin was an exceptional employee- professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a great sense of humor. I almost bought a vehicle from Al a few I would like to thank Al for a great experience as we thought about leasing a vehicle at Wesley Chapel Honda. I almost bought a vehicle from Al a few years ago. But, I received an offer too good to pass up through a friend at a different dealership. Last week, I got in touch with Al about possibly leasing a 2014 Honda Civic. Al was very polite and professional during the entire process. He made a great offer for our trade-in and offered to go over all the pros and cons of leasing a vehicle. However, since this vehicle was for my wife, she was the one who made the decision to buy a used car instead of leasing a new one. So, again, I was unable to make a purchase through Al. Still, I will not hesitate to go back to Al in the future and hope to actually give him my business (we have six teen and pre-teen kids) when we make more purchases in the next few years. Thanks Al! My brother had recently purchased a truck from Wesley Chapel Honda and was thrilled with both his vehicle and the service he received from a dynamic salesman named Anthony Capers. He gave Mr. Capers my name and number and shortly thereafter I received a call. I am notoriously slow to make decisions about big ticket purchases and politely informed Mr. Capers during our conversation that I would call him when I was ready. I must say his persistence was impressive. Every so often I would see a missed call or retrieve a message from Mr. Capers. He called just enough to make his name stick in my head, but not so much to be annoying :). I kept his number in my directory and as promised, I gave him a call when "Crest" my dearly loved truck, just simply couldn't go anymore. He was surprised to hear from me but got to work immediately. Since I live in Tallahassee, and Wesley Chapel and my brother are both located in Tampa, I thought the challenge of making this purchase would be interesting to say the least. Mr. Capers was patient and determined to help me. I went to the dealership's homepage with his direction and within a day I had chosen a car. Next came the obstacle of getting it to me. I have several health issues which make me a little uncomfortable to drive alone, so my car was delivered to me within three days. I will never forget how helpful Mr. Capers has been to me.
