My whole family has been happily conducting business with Wesley Chapel Honda for number of years time. Originally we got two leased cars and eventually got two financed cars. all the times we dealt with the same sales person - Mr. Kevin Campbell. It's one of those situations, where if one is happy with the offers, service and prices - there is no reason not to come back. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Honda and particularly Mr. Kevin Campbell. He handled all our requests very professionally, each time spent hours and hours from start to finish - from answering any questions we had, setting up test drives and all way to the end of the buying process -- releasing our new vehicles to our possession. I must admit that Mr. Campbell treats his customers with respect, as it should be, and did not ever insulted my integrity, even when my offers were way below MSRP - he worked with us every single time until suitable to both parties payments were found. all 4 times we dealt with Kevin, he was able to create very pleasant environment, making usually a very stressful process of purchasing a car into a pleasant experience. I remember when we first stopped by Wesley Chapel Honda, Kevin came over to us and offer his help. and we needed it - Kevin spent 6 hours exclusively with us that weekend, until everything was settled and we drove home in our brand new Honda Pilot. it's not often these days I could find such great service.
