Kevin Campbell was our salesman and was responsive, comical and professional from start to finish. We were given a loaner vehicle for the time of repairs at no cost. The car still had a few additional issues that I was unaware of prior to purchase but with the help of general sales manager Tyler Hill everything was eventually and satisfactorily corrected. I have been to other dealerships where the salesmen only gave me a headache and a desire to get get a horse and buggy! During the lease processing, the dealership manager, Louis, introduced himself and asked if I had any questions or concerns! It was great to see a manager meeting his customers and being user-friendly! The dealership financial representative, Sean Veilleux, was also amazing! He throughly explained the contract and the benefits of leasing a Honda! Every contract part was explained and broken down in easy to understand terms. Sean took the time to answer my questions which included the end of lease purchase option, life-time warrantees, road assistance, mileage, and so much more. Although I did not visit the Service department today, I have had positive experiences when I brought my Honda in for routine maintenance!
