Made Car Buying Fun Wesley Chapel and our salesman, Kevin Campbell, made buying the 2016 Pilot a pleasant and wonderful experience. We had to order the vehicle we wanted Wesley Chapel and our salesman, Kevin Campbell, made buying the 2016 Pilot a pleasant and wonderful experience. We had to order the vehicle we wanted. Kevin was diligent in checking inventories at other dealerships for nearly 3 weeks and did find exactly what we wanted. When we arrived to pickup the car it was a torrential rainstorm. Still Kevin went out of his way to get the car ready. He also got us a set of the rubber custom mats for the Pilot which we desperately need as we frequent the beach and didn't want to deal with sand in carpet mats. This is the second car we have purchased from Kevin in 18 months and we can see why he is Wesley Chapel's top salesman for 11 months running. Excellent service and an attitude that made the experience fun. We plan on returning from across the state in 3 years for our next purchase. More

He took the time needed to help me figure out the best option for me financially and put me in a fantastic vehicle. He made me feel not only like a valued customer but as a family member, seeming to have my best interest in mind. An Amazing Staff to work with We were very happy with our 2007 Honda Odyssey even though it had 169,000 miles on it. We knew that soon we would have to say good-bye to it and purchase a new vehicle. We had been putting this off for quite a while and Tony Boiln would call us each month and I would tell him we were not ready yet. Well last week, I took the Honda in for a regular oil change before our trip north for the month. Expecting no surprises, Tito broke the bad news to me that our Fuel pump was leaking and nearing the end. Tito was so sympatric and went out of his way to provide advice and options, He brought over faithful Tony who encouraged me to bring my husband in to look at a new van. Well on a rainy Thurs around 3 we met with Tony and he was EXCELLENT. He spent hours with us explaining and working with my husband to make a deal. Tony did an super job. He worked with his manager Joe to make sure our needs were met. Thank you Tony for being so very diligent. Thanks also to Isabel for explaining all the new features of our 2015 Odyssey. Lastly thanks for Joseph in finance for his lasting patience and time. What a wonderful staff We have been going to Wesley Chapel Honda for service for the last 6 years and have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from EVERYONE It is obvious that Staff love what they do and do it well. Horrible all the way around...worth the read The dealership is offering incentives for those that complete this survey leaving good ratings! It was offered to me and I refused. Customers are being asked to complete these while in the dealership with reps standing over them. The customer service from sales to finance end as soon as you sign your paperwork. There were scratches on my car that were promised to be fixed and a Owed to Buyer form was completed. While the week plus to fix very minor scratched the loaner vehicle supplied to me was inferior and broke down an hour from my home. Mind you that time is ticking away until my first car payment and I'm supplied with junk for loaner. When I demanded them to pick me us, I was given nothing but attitude and a statement "I will get there when I can." In the mean time, I had a new born baby in the car with no AC. Then, a refund for S Guard and Gap was due to me for a trade. The dealership was sneaky and attempted to have the refund from the warranty/insurance company remit payment directly to the dealership totally without my knowledge. The warranty/insurance company caught wind of it and contacted me. The refund was due to me as I paid for it and not the dealership. When confronted the dealership played stupid. It took them 3 months to submit the refund documents to the warranty/insurance company after many statements of intentions to pursue further action. The refund from the warranty/insurance companies portion has been paid to me. The dealer portion has yet to be received. My inquiries have been left unanswered (as stated in another customers review) and I was forced to take this above the individual dealership. I am an extremely easy to please customer that doesn't ask for people to bend over and do back flips just to make a sale. I understand there can be mix-ups at times. However, this was very much and obviously intentional. To date, I still have not received a refund and the transaction took place in February. Do not deal with Wesley Chapel Honda. More
