Extended Bumper to Bumper Warranty We go to Wesley Chapel Honda because it's the closest, not the best. We have an extended warranty on our 2011 Odyssey, bumper to bumper. We've taken We go to Wesley Chapel Honda because it's the closest, not the best. We have an extended warranty on our 2011 Odyssey, bumper to bumper. We've taken the vehicle to WCH four times and each time the service advisor attempts to question the warranty and it's coverage. Each advisor has a differing approach to sell us on something that is already covered. Each time we explain the warranty and after looking at their screens finally agree that it is covered. Today we got a new one. The advisor told us their "can" be a diagnostic fee of $145. That's odd because the same service prior mentioned no such fee. I won't call out the associate by name because this is clearly a management ploy (happens every time) to sell anyone in the building on anything. If the employees of Honda don't like honoring the terms of bumper to bumper warranties, then Honda should not sell them. We paid good money for that warranty and should get some return out of our investment. At this point we've taken the vehicle in three times and the same issues remain. I would like a contact from the regional rep because the staff of WCH simply won't honor the contract. More
