Service Department I have been bringing my Honda CRV to Wesley Chapel Honda since moving to the Tampa area. I have never been disappointed when bringing my car to them. Yesterday, 5/26/2016, I called Honda Service regarding the recall on the airbags. I talked to and later met with Kalef Torres to arrange for a rental car. Kalef could not have been nicer or more efficient during my visit. When buying a new car, the service department is more important to me than the sales floor. When purchasing a car, everything is usually fun and easy. After driving the car off the lot, I will then be dealing with the service department. If I can not trust and rely on the service department, my business will be brought to another dealership. I have never even thought of going anywhere else, because each visit to their service department has been very positive! More
