After giving a call to the dealership, I was connected with Bryan Wilson, who was GREAT to work with the entire step of the way. I let him know I had a trade-in, and that I had a bank draft in hand ready to buy. I was given a GREAT price for my trade, and was also given a GREAT price on the EX-T. Everything that was agreed upon via phone call and text message was the EXACT same once I got to the dealership. Completely honest and transparent transaction. Absolutely superb personable and friendly customer focused dealership. I have never had a car buying experience this easy before. Everyone at the dealership was great as well, even the people greeting me at the door were fantastic (ended up having a nice conversation about video games with one of the guys). When I got to the finance manager, which is typically the part I dread, even that experience was fantastic. I met with Brad Wernsing, who was really an awesome guy as well. Up front, friendly, laid-back, and personable. Made the whole car buying experience very welcoming in a stress-free, no pressure environment.
