Worst experience I have ever had I had purchased a used Ford Mustang at their special tent sale. They promised me a spare key to my car. When I purchased the car and took it home I re I had purchased a used Ford Mustang at their special tent sale. They promised me a spare key to my car. When I purchased the car and took it home I realized that there was a mykey setting. This means this car has restricted speed limit and radio volume limit. I went in to Honda Wesley chapel to receive my promised detail and to replace the rear view mirror. As this was happening I spoke with the financial manager to receive my spare key. They could not find the spare key so they told me to go to Ford and purchase a new key and the financial manager said he was going to charge the business card. I waited about 4 hours to get a deatail and a rear view mirror put on. When the car was finished there was still dirt all over the car, they didn't vaccuum. Pretty much it was not clean. So I showed them the iou dealership paper that Wes gave me regarding what they owe me. So they couldn't detail it that day, instead they took me to their used dealership that only had time to buff the scratches out. I had to come all the way back from Clearwater to receive my detail. I called ford to order a new key. Ford called Wesley chapel Honda to talk to the financial manager, ford left a message and to this day ford hasn't heard anything back from him. So I called them, left them a message, and didn't receive anything in a week. I called again and they told me that they couldn't help me since Wes sold me the car. I called Wes and he did not return my call. I waited a week and still nothing. I am very disappointed with buying a car from a dealership that can't even call their customer back. I traded my Ford Edge in for this car and I regret it. Where I purchased my Ford Edge they did everything they could to please me and return my call immediately. Now a little over a month later I have to purchase my OWN key that will cost me $150.00 which I was promised from the dealership this key. They also said they didn't know ANYTHING about this mykey setting on this key even though when you turn on the car it pops up saying mykey setting is on. More

When I took the vehicle in for service Tony would come over and visit with me. We were eating lunch on Dec 22, 2016, I sent Tony a text message and arranged to meet him at 1:30 pm. We met, picked out a new Honda Pilot and by 5:30 they had put running boards and roof rack on the vehicle, cleaned it up and we were on the way home. Worst car buying experience ever Went to buy a car pre-owned car for my daughter. Found the one we wanted on the lot, they couldn't find the keys for the test drive. Waited over an hour while they tried to find them. Now in most cases I would have left by now, but I was intrigued by how bad their sales skills were that I had to stay and see how this was going to play out. While we were waiting a young lady came into the dealership and was standing there while "trained" sales professionals just walked by her not saying anything. Finally I stopped one of theses so called sales people and said I believe this lady might need some help. Not to mention our sales person was setting in an office talking to her co-worker and not out building a relationship with her customers who could potentially make her some money today and also in the future. Finally the keys have been located, so the test drive was on. Our sales person was not going to go with them on the test drive? Really??? I ended up giving up my seat on the test drive so she would go. I'm doing her job for her at this point. On a side note during the test drive she was on her phone the entire trip and didn't hardly speak to them while they were out. My daughter still drives her first car, and she was willing to trade it in on a new to her car. They offered her $100.00 for it. Now granted it's an old Honda Accord with some wear and tear, and a lot of miles, but a hundred bucks, really? Instead of just saying "I'm sorry but our offer is really low, and instead of offending you we are just going to have to pass on the trade. I hope you understand". Now I'm pissed and not really wanting to continue with this xxxx show, so I made a very low offer for the car they had. . I knew it was low and not a number that would be acceptable, but the sales girl got really offended by it, so much so that she walked out and never came back in. Now I will admit I'm kind of an xxxxxxx, but really?? Needless to say not a good experience, and would not recommend them to anyone. However I would recommend that anyone teaching a sales course bring your student to Wesley Chapel Pre-Owned to show them WHAT NOT TO DO! More

The value of relationships I had the privilege of working with Tony. From the very beginning, it seemed apparent that he was more interested in helping my family get what was p I had the privilege of working with Tony. From the very beginning, it seemed apparent that he was more interested in helping my family get what was perfect for us not just get what I think would be cheapest. Through his knowledge of the different lines and trim settings Tony was able to find me the perfect car for my family. This is the second Honda Odyssey we have purchased, and hopefully we will get eight years out of this one too. Because I was in a times to find best car, I appreciate Tony being patient and really building a great relationship with me. More
