Bait and switch experts This dealership owned by the Williams Auto Group, practices poor business tactics including but not limited to the od "BAIT AND SWITCH. " They pra This dealership owned by the Williams Auto Group, practices poor business tactics including but not limited to the od "BAIT AND SWITCH. " They pray on single women especially. A relative of mine trusted this dealer to be honest, big mistake. They i.e. TITO the very unprofessional sale rep, led her to believe the dealer was paying her tax title and fees and also providing a one thousand dollar discount. After pushing her through the buying process rapidly she paid full price for the vehicle as well as all tax title and fees. A fair estimate of he profit would be five to seven thousand dollars. Ripped off. This is a single women on social security that was horribly taken advantage of. When confronted the Senior management would. Not meet with us and there GSM stated that legally they did not have to do anything. The ridicules part of this is that the motto of Williams auto group is the best part about doing business with us is the way we do business. Buyer Beware!!! More

Was in this week I cannot express how grateful I am to have found a dealership that respects there customers needs and tries to go above and beyond. "Awesome" Kevin "Salesman of the Year" I went to the dealer for a routine oil change for my Honda Pilot. Whenever I'm there I always see Kevin the salesman and we talk for a bit. This time I went to the dealer for a routine oil change for my Honda Pilot. Whenever I'm there I always see Kevin the salesman and we talk for a bit. This time not only did we talk but he got me into a new Honda Accord Sport. The rest is History. Kevin is not only friendly but he is very honest and very patient. I was in no mind to buy a car so for me I had a ton of questions and I was very hesitant but Kevin made it that much smoother and had all the right answers. Also Brad from financing was very thorough and knew his job very well. Thanks to these two guys they made the sale very comforting. Way to go Team Wesley Chapel Honda!! More
