Unhappy Loyal Custumer I bought a F150 2016 Certified bla bla on 03/07/2017 2 days after I'm driving to work and I notice everytime you take the buckle out the radio automat I bought a F150 2016 Certified bla bla on 03/07/2017 2 days after I'm driving to work and I notice everytime you take the buckle out the radio automatically when on mute (weird) when I'm driving back I have to pick my daughter at the school and I was late when I start go fast the truck no pass more that 80 mph. Bring the vehicle back to let them know the issues waiting to see how they can help me just spend $30,000 on that truck and first the told me to bring the car to ford I decide to call Wesley Chapel Ford I told them was going on with the truck and the said the only way that I can reset the feature the called MyKeys I need two keys. Explain the dealer on what Ford said and they just said is nothing that they can do if I want to resolve the issue I have to spend on buying a extra key whatttt just gave them $30,000 on a check two days ago and you told me this crap also they guy that disrespect my wife talking with attitude and poor on custumer service was in suppose to be in charge of the dealer whattt . My advice after I bought 3 cars from them 2 hondas, camry on Wesley Chapel Toyota same owner and now this truck over $90,000 spend plus service visit you guys just prefer loose a Loyal Custumer for a couple buck and resolve the issues your Custumer Service is not on the top no more I will keep talking with friends and to my Custumers to be aware. Worst Delearship EVER Absolutely the WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! All started 1 year ago when I went to test drive a new car. Salesman was friendly however gave my the typica Absolutely the WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! All started 1 year ago when I went to test drive a new car. Salesman was friendly however gave my the typical woman without a brain sales pitch. I however do have a brain. It was getting late and he was pressuring me to seal the deal. I refused, said I would think about it and go back the next day. Then he did not want me driving my car home.... WHAT???? Of course I denied his request and drove my own vehicle home that night. Got to the dealership the following day and they tried to sell me a lesser car. Did they think I was stupid? Did they not think I would notice that the options I was quoted for were not in the vehicle they were selling the very next day? Think again WCH. I was told by the salesman that the Apple Car play was just as good if not better than Navigation which was my #1 Must Have Option. After coming home from the dealership and doing a little more research on Apple car play and the cost with my cell carrier I was definitely mislead by the salesman. I called the dealership at 7:30am the very next day (A Monday) spoke to the Manager about the misrepresentation by the salesman that I was Very Dissatisfied by the devious sales tactics and wanted out of this car. He told me it was too late the car had already been titled and the paperwork had been processed by the state DMV. Really?? It got processed on a Sunday after 5pm? How can that be? Their solution was to purchase a Garmin and send to me. This was only the beginning. Few months later the car began to have issues with the computer system where the control panel goes out, blank, nothing. Now that's a safe vehicle to drive! Brought the car in, they could not find anything wrong, reset the computer and a couple days later gave the car back to me. Few more months goes by, car does the same thing, Entire dash goes blank driving down the highway. This time I have my daughter in the car and she is able to video tape us driving down the interstate with absolutely no data on the dashboard. Bring the car back to WCH for service, show them the video, they work on it for a couple of days but since they cannot get it to repeat what happened in the video, there is nothing they can do. Few more months goes by and of course it happens again. This time after the control panel going out, one of the screens decides to filter through all of the options all on its own. Once again video taped for proof of what happens. bring the car back to WCH with the same results. Since the car does not act up when they drive it for 50 miles it must be my phone or the GPS that I use (The GPS that they supplied me with). I send a complaint to Honda after the car repeats the blank control panel while driving down the highway yet again. Honda corporate instructs me to bring the car back to WCH one last time and they would have a special technician look at the car. They provide me with a loaner car which I drive home on Sunday evening, Monday morning get in the loaner to drive my daughter to school the loaner is DEAD! I call WCH they send a Road technician to start the vehicle. We let the vehicle run for 15-20 min, and restart. Technician leaves. Schools out I run out to go pick up my daughter from school and yup cars DEAD AGAIN. This time it takes the technician nearly 2 hours to get to me. 2 days later WCH calls me to come pick up my car. They have not fixed anything, they cannot find the cause. I let them know that I would not be able to make the trip up for 2 days. They want their loaner back the next day. I am sorry I have a life and a job and I cannot keep traveling to the dealership on your command. I will be there Friday night after work. WCH then proceeds to tell me they will charge me for the Loaner, YUP Charge me for a loaner that DID NOT WORK WHEN NEEDED!! Service technician says perhaps they can send someone down with my car and drive back the loaner. I told them that would be fine. Just a few minutes later he calls back again and states, no, we cannot take a chance and have our employee in your vehicle with the issues it is having. Oh Really, my vehicle is not safe for an employee to drive but its okay for you to keep returning it to me to drive without repair? Friday evening comes along and I return the loaner. They actually wanted to charge me for that Loaner, Yes, the one that roadside assistance had to come 2x to get the vehicle to even start! Are you serious? The Sales manager comes over to me to explain that I was not going to be allowed to drive my car home until I paid the loaner car fee. i needed to take the loaner back home again and return in the morning when the service department was open. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! They had 4 Very Large salesman surrounding me in a semi circle. What was I going to do? All 110 lbs of me Really people? You should be totally ashamed of how this dealership treats customers. STAY AWAY!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!! More
