Bad service Tried to sell me a car they didn't even have in the area. Then started to yell at me saying that I wouldn't get a better price. They gave us a prompt, accurate assessment of what had to be done without charging us. When we decided it was time to trade in the Accord in 2012, the Wesley Chapel marketing department gave us a great deal on our present Honda Odyssey. After being notified a few days ago by Honda Corp of the need to have recall work done on the passenger seats of our Odyssey, we took it to Wesley Chapel Honda earlier today (3/20/17). Again, we were again given great, courteous service and told right away how long the wait would be. Then, they provided a shuttle without charge to and from a local restaurant of our choosing while the work was being done. When we decide that it is time to buy another new car, Wesley Chapel Honda will be the first place we look. More
