There seemed to be many people running around with nothing to do while others were overwhelmed with their work. One car came in without an appointment and was the talk of the service department. That car seemed to be swarmed with personnel explaining why it would take several hours to get to them. What happened to the ladies who used to work there? They were always prompt and professional. You also used to have someone who met each car at the door before it left the service entrance who filled the wiper fluid containers and I’m not sure what other checks he/she made. I believe that person cleaned the windows perhaps or inserted paper mats on the floorboards. That showed service up front, and it has disappeared. More

I always window shopped at this dealership but every Honda I bought was at the Tampa Honda because of competitive pricing and honesty. Used to love the Wesley chapel service department but their respon Honda I bought was at the Tampa Honda because of competitive pricing and honesty. Used to love the Wesley chapel service department but their responsiveness went down the drain in my 15 years of going to this dealership service and in the past few years the service and repair quotes got ridiculously expensive and not because of inflation. They could do a lot better to save their reputation. More
I brought my wife’s 2024 Honda Acord in for a recall inspection. I was told that it could be a three hour wait so the assistant service manager ( Stacy ) had a shuttle take me home. An hour later I had inspection. I was told that it could be a three hour wait so the assistant service manager ( Stacy ) had a shuttle take me home. An hour later I had the front doorbell ring. It was a Wesley Chapel employee and he had delivered the car. Incredible service! More
