Just relocated to Tampa and had no problem getting an appointment with Wesley Chapel Honda within two days after my call. When I got there, I was warmly greeted by Steve who explained that it would take about two hours to replace the airbag. I mentioned that I wanted to drive the new 2017 CR V and he took me to meet Tony Snyder in the Sales Department. Tony proceeded to show me the showroom EXL model, but I decided it was too pricey for me so he brought an EX around for me to drive. I fell in love immediately. I then decided I wanted to do some shopping for my brother and Tony and I drove a FIT and an HR V. To make a long story shorter, I bought the CR V and my brother is thinking about what he wants to do. My experience with Steve in Service, Tony Snyder in Sales, and Bradley Wernsing, the Finance Manager, was outstanding! I feel like I got a fair deal on my trade-in and the CR V, and, as a single woman, that counts for a lot. In addition, the title to my Insight is in storage and I had to order a duplicate. No problem. I had to ask Tony to switch my granddaughter's carseat from the Insight to the new car. No problem. Really, they made everything so easy the entire experience was a breeze. Now I know I will take my care to Wesley Chapel for service because I know I can trust them and I'll get to hang with Tony while I'm there! They are truly the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thanks guys! More
