Buyer Beware When my family and I went to buy our son a used car over the summer, we found the perfect one for him. When we arrived at the dealer's office, we were very surprised when they told us there would be a $1000 dealer fee that was never brought to our attention when discussing pricing. That was our first issue with Wesley Chapel Honda. While we were test driving the car, we could tell the A/C wasn't functioning properly. They assured me it was, and even though we bought it, I asked that they check it and recharge the Freon and we would pick it up the next day. After about a month of driving it, my son informed us that the A/C would completely shut off. This would reoccur for months, with the A/C never clicking on. We finally decided to take it to the shop, where we discovered the compressor was very much worn out, resulting in a $1000 replacement. Wesley Chapel Honda knew the compressor was bad and sold the car to us, anyway. Buyer beware. More

I usually dread the car buying experience, or "game" as I call it. This time far exceeded my expectations. Metin is such a pleasant, friendly, patient person. I never felt the usual car salesman pressure from him. He did not hound me with phone calls to come back, yet gently reached out by email so I could contact him at my convenience which was much preferred. He was knowledgable, caring, and helpful. The rest of the staff at Wesley Chapel I encountered were also very welcoming and easy going. The facility itself is comfortable and clean. The sales manager and finance manager were also a pleasure to work with. They all had smiles on their faces and lightheartedly joked around. Everyone stayed way past closing time to kindly complete my sale and assure I understood everything with my new vehicle and financing. I would highly recommend Metin and this dealership! More
