I got a nail in my tire over the weekend and called to make an appointment. I was sure it needed to be replaced and not patched by where the nail was. He was very nice and after the tire was done, he explained that it actually could be patched and not replaced. As we went up to the desk to pay and check out for the service, he once again explained how they patch up the tire so I could be confident in driving. Russ, as well as all the employees at Werner, are always very helpful, personable and professional. More
