I needed to replace a new alloy wheel (I curbed it! ) and Jake Eisan coordinated with the Service department to get a quick look and verify an exact part #, going above and beyond expectations. Overall it was a nice experience. I would say a few things should be improved on. #1 The Receptionist did not even acknowledge me when I arrived and I waited over 5 minutes before fin I would say a few things should be improved on. #1 The Receptionist did not even acknowledge me when I arrived and I waited over 5 minutes before finally engaging her even though I was right in front of her at the desk. She wasnt on the phone nor dealing with another customer. #2 Rob was overall great. However, I think he should focus more on the customer at his desk ready to test drive and buy rather than taking on a sale call in (cold call). Also for people that live and are coming out of town to the dealerahip with an appointment time, the time shouldn't be attempted to be changed because more customers.came in. In this case, then perhaps another sales person could be utilized. Rob was friendly and very informative on the use of all the key and bluetooth features and in setting up Mazda app (even in the downpouring rain!l ) .Matt the finance guy was excellent and very efficient and helpful. More

This was a very traditional car dealership experience. I thought the condescending treatment of the decision maker down the hall, with the salesmen walking back and forth for an answer to any of my reque I thought the condescending treatment of the decision maker down the hall, with the salesmen walking back and forth for an answer to any of my requests had gone away with the CD player. The salesmen, Joe, was a decent, honest guy caught in the middle. Eventually, I did decide to purchase the car, but almost walked out before signing because the interest rate they guaranteed me was suddenly a point higher (2.9 to 3.9% from Monday 4/14 to Wed 4/16). The Finance manager's response was "Mazda did that to us, they never raise rates mid month." Fortunately, he walked out to the "decision maker" down the hall, who actually came back with him and told me they will honor the rate negotiated (2.9%), but I had to back date the contract (and pay for two days of owning a car retroactively) .It was a reasonable compromise, but I was ready to ask for my plates back (on my trade-in) and call it all off. The car is wonderful so far. If you want an old-fashioned car buying experience, then Werner is your place. More

I am also encouraging everyone I know to go here for their next vehicle. They take good care of their customers. My Volkswagen had a recall and the service department at Quirk is so AWFUL. Volkswagen actually covers a loaner but Quirk doesn't provide any loaner vehicles. Thank you so much Cameron and the wonderful service department for all your hard work. In a stressful world, you make sure I never have to worry about my vehicle. Thank you so much!!! More
