Although I purchased my car a month ago I have only had it my possession about a three days. I jut want someone to contact me about returning it for another why pay for something I am not happy with. 1) General manager is deceitful and dishonest. He promised us a price and then didn’t deliver. THEN, tried to use me as a bargaining chip against my husband! That’s not how we negotiate where I come from. 2)The salesman-Michael(maybe IDK) did NOT show any interest at all in selling me the souped up SorentoEX I was looking at. The test drive consisted of a once around the block and he sat in the BACK of the car and did not explain any of the features-which there are many! 0-professionalism 0- honesty 100%deception! We left and drove to Bill Byrd Kia in Panama City where we met a more competent sales team who were actually interested in selling cars! I am now the proud owner of a 2023 Sorento SX! Let me tell you it is worth the drive! Don’t waste your time with these bozos! They could learn a thing or two from Bernie Wischer and J.R. & the rest of the top notch staff. I will never buy from anyone but them again! And as for Werner Kia, “Corporate” needs to clean out the entire sales team and start over! They could really take some lessons from PC when it comes to treating customers, Ethics and Professionalism! More
