I was disappointed with my experience with the dealershilp this time. When I arrived there was a man sitting outside on his phone. He came up to me and said we are short handed so you might want t dealershilp this time. When I arrived there was a man sitting outside on his phone. He came up to me and said we are short handed so you might want to just go into the waiting area. I just waited to get checked in. The waiting area usually is a pleasant place to wait for your vehicle. Not so much this time. After I received my video, I expected a service rep to come and talk to me about my vehicle. I had to go and find someone to talk to. I was told I had recalls and expected to schedule when I checked out. That didn't happen. I have always paid $47.00 and change for my oil changes. This time I was charged $69.00 and change with no explanation . This experience last over 2 hours. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership, and not so sure I will for my next vehicle. Service has always been good here and I am not sure what's going on. Seriously considering finding another place for my oil changes. More
