I gave them all of my info, declined some package that was explained to me as optional — but is not, and was hit with a market adjustment. They wouldn’t come down on price because I wouldn’t disclose my down payment. What kind of scam is that?! Not only that but they wanted to charge me almost 900 for licensing and registration which is no more than $50 in the state I live in. Don’t fall for their gimmicks, this dealer is dishonest. They won’t honor the price they advertise and when you ask them to, they say it’s a “far reach”. More

Went in for recall. I called and was told that I could drop off the car almost 1.5 hours early. When I got there, I was told basically "too bad". Your appointment was 2:30 pm and we have about 40 cars today. It takes 45 minutes. Two hours later about 3:15 pm, I had to call on the status. I did get a call back that about 20 more minutes were needed. I went to the service center 20 minutes later, and the guy who was helping me, Jeremy, was no where to be found. The girl, Destinee, ended up helping me when Jeremy didn't show up. She got my car for me. I never saw Jeremy again. Kudos to Destinee. More
