Owen was the first salesperson we spoke with and he was amazing. We came back the next day but it was his day off. Chad picked up where Owen left off and he was also amazing. I have owned Kia’s my whole life. I will never buy another one. The service department is aweful. No feedback, calls, updates etc while they have had my van for repairs.
