Mikel was supposed to be leaving for a trip but stayed hours over to finish working with me. He is an incredible human being with a great easy spirit. Very unresponsive - it took over 2 weeks for any communication about a check that was owed to me and when the payoff of my trade in would be complete. I still haven’t received my second key for the communication about a check that was owed to me and when the payoff of my trade in would be complete.
