They have served me for almost four years and have kept my car serviced as needed and informed me of what needed to be done. I scheduled an appointment because the check engine light come on. At that inspection they informed that the catalytic converter was malfunctioning and the engine was damaged and needed repairing. The advisor started efforts to get assistance from management and KIA to determine if KIA could help me with the cost. The advisor has diligently followed up to determine what can be done. I ws informed today that KIA can cover the engine but owed to be responsible for labor, etc. I am scheduled to take the car in this Friday for such repairs as needed. I was pleased with the information I received. More

I went to KIA on May 9th, 2023, at 2-2:30pm. I was greeted by the Mr. Kenneth Robertson a sale associate who works at KIA. I wanted a van, so I wanted to look at the KIA Carnival; that's a beaut I was greeted by the Mr. Kenneth Robertson a sale associate who works at KIA. I wanted a van, so I wanted to look at the KIA Carnival; that's a beautiful car but it wasn't in price range. So, Mr. Robertson ask me what I was looking for in particular. And I told him that I need a vehicle that has a big trunk, and room/space inside. I need darker seats because I have younger children. He then should me the Sorento and the Sportage. I looked into the Sorento, didn't like and then I looked into the Sportage, and it had exactly what I was looking for. He drove it around and I drove the vehicle around the block, I made my mind and settled on this vehicle. We came back and begin the buying process. Mr. Robertson and the entire KIA staff were very diligent with helping me in getting the vehicle that I wanted. He was very knowledgeable of the type of vehicle that I wanted and showed me the newest features that the KIA Sportage EX had. Mr. Robertson kept me from worrying about not getting the vehicle, He told me that you're getting this vehicle today!!; he did excellent! The place was clean, air conditioned, and even provided their vending machines for snack. The finance department was great as well of helping me with getting a payment that I could afford. I may have been the last customer, but it was well worth the time. I left with a brand new 2023 KIA Sportage EX with 14miles with a "HUGE " smile on my face. My children and mom were there as well. I definitely would recommend more people to come to Werner Kia to purchase a vehicle. More
