First, Kia had my vehicle for months. It was back and forth with communication between me and the person in charge of handling my car. After the car problem was finally diagnosed, it stil It was back and forth with communication between me and the person in charge of handling my car. After the car problem was finally diagnosed, it still took weeks to complete all repairs. When I came to pay for the repairs, fi ally after months, I asked to have my car cleaned and detailed, which is the least Kia could have done for the inconvenience. When I came back the next day it was not detailed. It took 3 attempts and then I finally just gave up. The people in the service department were less then professional and were on their cell phones and looked bothered to even talk to them. I will never be back at that place and will never buy a Kia again. N.E.V.E.R!!!!!!! More

Service writer Tim is the most helpful and knowledgeable serve writer I have ever met. Our AC quit while traveling from Florida to Texas. Tim took my car in without an appointment and got the AC running w serve writer I have ever met. Our AC quit while traveling from Florida to Texas. Tim took my car in without an appointment and got the AC running well enough for us to complete our 950 mile journey in 97 degree heat.
