I am only giving this dealership 3 stars because the deal got done thanks to MY business savviness and also the help of Jeff and Lelend. I certainly didn't have a first good impression dealing with Danny and got done thanks to MY business savviness and also the help of Jeff and Lelend. I certainly didn't have a first good impression dealing with Danny and his poor leadership and customer service. I am tired of these types of car salesmen that think they can get over on young adults and women. Danny was not attentive and had an attitude with me because my 22-year-old daughter was in there in person, kept me on the phone with her throughout the entire experience and he couldn't get over on me. We ultimately walked away with what I was looking to get for my daughter because we came prepared and knowledgeable. Also, beware of the additional dealership fees that they add on, which are probably to pay commissions to the sales team. More

First, Kia had my vehicle for months. It was back and forth with communication between me and the person in charge of handling my car. After the car problem was finally diagnosed, it stil It was back and forth with communication between me and the person in charge of handling my car. After the car problem was finally diagnosed, it still took weeks to complete all repairs. When I came to pay for the repairs, fi ally after months, I asked to have my car cleaned and detailed, which is the least Kia could have done for the inconvenience. When I came back the next day it was not detailed. It took 3 attempts and then I finally just gave up. The people in the service department were less then professional and were on their cell phones and looked bothered to even talk to them. I will never be back at that place and will never buy a Kia again. N.E.V.E.R!!!!!!! More

Service writer Tim is the most helpful and knowledgeable serve writer I have ever met. Our AC quit while traveling from Florida to Texas. Tim took my car in without an appointment and got the AC running w serve writer I have ever met. Our AC quit while traveling from Florida to Texas.
