I drove my car into the parking lot of the repair shop. Before I could exit my car to go inside, Jeremy Patterson was right there willingly to assist me. Since I was a “walk in” , I was told that my car would be “worked in” so they would have to keep my car all day. I got my car back the next morning and as far as I can see, everything is fine. Had a very pleasant experience. All employees I talked to were polite and helpful. I was able to get in and out with my issue resolved within a few hours (with an appointment).
