The service I received this trip was not acceptable. My advisor did not respond when I sent a text to ask for a status. Evidently he had gone to lunch. I let him know that even though I had service two weeks prior, the technicians failed to reset the service needed on my car so it is continuing to tell me service needed an X amount of miles, that was not fixed. The cost of the repair initially told me was almost $100 more than the initial quote that got corrected. However the dealership turned around and charged a fee for using a credit card that should have been disclosed when the appointment was made so that I could’ve brought a check to avoid that extra cost. Unfortunately, this was not a good service appointment for me. More

I drove my car into the parking lot of the repair shop. Before I could exit my car to go inside, Jeremy Patterson was right there willingly to assist me. Since I was a “walk in” , I was told that my car would be “worked in” so they would have to keep my car all day. I got my car back the next morning and as far as I can see, everything is fine. Mr. Patterson is very friendly and respectful. The cost was more than I expected but overall I am satisfied. More

Had a very pleasant experience. All employees I talked to were polite and helpful. I was able to get in and out with my issue resolved within a few hours (with an appointment).
