HAD an appointment for a brake booster recall for Friday the 30th. Also needed all 4 doors adjusted due to misalignment from the factory. This is the 3rd time this has had to be done. The doors were adjusted but now I need a door hinge swing catch( not official name) due to rubbing. When door is opened. Got a call that my car was being picked up and due to auto body shop keeping it all day they were unable to perform the recall for the brake booster. I went to pick cR up Saturday morning. My car was still at the auto body shop and never picked up the evening before. I was unable to get my car. I left. I proceeded to tell them to keep my car til Monday only if they could get my car recall done. They guaranteed me it would happen. My car was not moved from the spot it was parked when it returned from the body shop on Saturday at lunch time. My car was also left unlocked all weekend in front fo the dealership fence. Meaning anyone walking by could of gotten into it. When I arrived to pick car up on Monday car was not done. I needed the car back to be able to return to work out of town for the following week. If I did not have werner way I would not return to this dealership. I would take my service business to Hyundai down the road. More

The service I received this trip was not acceptable. My advisor did not respond when I sent a text to ask for a status. Evidently he had gone to lunch. I let him know that even though I had service two weeks prior, the technicians failed to reset the service needed on my car so it is continuing to tell me service needed an X amount of miles, that was not fixed. The cost of the repair initially told me was almost $100 more than the initial quote that got corrected. However the dealership turned around and charged a fee for using a credit card that should have been disclosed when the appointment was made so that I could’ve brought a check to avoid that extra cost. Unfortunately, this was not a good service appointment for me. More
